The present disclosure provides a network system and a network communication method. In some implementations, a cache server or an application server is moved from an IDC equipment room in a metropolitan area network to a local radio access network or an IP transport network between the radio access network and a wireless core network, and an edge node is deployed to steer a TCP packet for a central server to the cache server or the application server, to implement traffic scheduling.

Embodiments of the present application provide a cache method, the cache method includes: receiving, from the cache core server, information about a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) flow; determining, according to the information, whether the cache edge server stores content corresponding to the information; sending a migrate-out request to the cache core server based on that the cache edge server stores the content corresponding to the information; receiving a migrate-out response from the cache core server upon the sending of the migrate-out request; performing a TCP connection to user equipment according to the migrate-out response; and reading content corresponding to the connection from storage of the cache edge server according to a byte quantity, sent by the cache core server, of the content, and sending the content to the user equipment.

The present disclosure relates to the field of communications, and discloses a method for page redirection and a WAP gateway, which reduces the time delay the terminal experiences when acquiring pages. In the present disclosure, the WAP gateway requests, when receiving a page request from a user terminal, a page requested by the user terminal from a service provider; and when a page returned by the service provider satisfies a page redirection criterion, the WAP gateway performs a page redirection, and returns the page obtained after the redirection to the user terminal. The page redirection criterion is that the page contains redirection serial status codes indicating that a redirection is needed, or that the page contains an 'onenterforward' mark. The WAP gateway retains the 'Cookie' information included in the page returned by the service provider.
