A process is described for preparing octahydro trisodium salt of fructose 1,6-diphosphate starting from an aqueous solution at an acid pH of D-fructose 1,6-diphosphate, to which a suitable amount of acetone is added. The reactive mixture is crystallized and filtered to obtain the desired product, which is finally dried.

Process for obtaining octahydro trisodium salt of fructose

There are described 8-(1-aminocycloalkyl)-1,3-dialckylxantaine, their derivatives and their salts with adenosine antagonist activity. A process for the preparation of said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them as antidepressant, nootropic and psychostimolant drugs are also described.
