An array substrate, a touch display panel, and a touch display device are provided. The array substrate includes a plurality of pressure sensors. Each pressure sensor includes a first input terminal electrically connected to a first power input terminal, and a second input terminal electrically connected to a second power input terminal. The array substrate also includes a first connection line between the first input terminal of each pressure sensor and the first power input terminal. The first connection line has a first line resistance. In addition, the array substrate includes a second connection line between the second input terminal of each pressure sensor and the second power input terminal. The second connection line has a second line resistance. Further, the array substrate includes a ratio of a resistance of each pressure sensor to a sum of the corresponding first line resistance and second line resistance is the same.

Array substrate, touch display panel, and touch display device thereof

The present disclosure discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes pixel circuits arranged in an array. Each pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, at least two switching transistors and at least two first auxiliary electrodes arranged in a one to one relationship to the switching transistors. By electrically connecting each of the first auxiliary electrodes with a gate of a related switching transistor, the first auxiliary electrode and the gate of the corresponding switching transistor have a same potential. A capacitor can be formed between the first auxiliary electrode and the active layer, and a capacitor is formed between the gate and the active layer.

Display device having auxiliary electrodes in switching transistors

A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display panel includes at least one semiconductor pressure sensor disposed in the non-display area. A low temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) array substrate is disclosed. The array substrate includes a first substrate and a stack structure on the first substrate, where the stack structure includes a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer. The first and second conductive layers are insulated from each other. The array substrate also includes a polysilicon layer above the first and second conductive layers, an interlayer insulating layer above the polysilicon layer, and a source-drain metal layer on the interlayer insulating layer. The source-drain metal layer includes a source and a drain, the source and the drain are electrically connected with the polysilicon layer through a first via, and one of the source and the drain is electrically connected with the first conductive layer through a second via.
