Disclosed are a measurement system for micro-mixing and a measurement method thereof. The measurement system comprises a mixing device, a light enhancement unit, an observation unit, an image acquisition unit, a display device and a tracer injection device; the light enhancement unit comprises a light-emitting device, a light-focusing device and a reflecting device; the observation unit comprises an observation window; the image acquisition unit comprises a distortion-free lens and an image acquisition device which are connected in sequence, and a central axis of the distortion-free lens is in alignment with a central axis of the observation window. The measurement method is performed in the measurement system provided by the present application. In the present application, the brightness of visual field is improved, the light interference on target image is shielded off, the process of micro-mixing can be observed in real time, and thereby the micro-mixing efficiency can be evaluated.

Measurement system for micro-mixing and measurement method thereof

The present invention provides a method for improving an identification degree of low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles in a multiphase system. The method comprises: adding additive particles into a multiphase system containing low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles before photographing the multiphase system to obtain an image including the low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles, wherein the refractivity of the additive particles is greater than that of the low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles. The method can enhance the luminosity of the continuous phase in the multiphase system, thereby causing a large gray difference between the continuous phase and the dispersed-phase particles, improving the identification degree of the low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles in the image for conducting accurate identification by image analysis software and further being capable of accurately measuring needed parameters such as particle size, concentration or speed and the like of the dispersed-phase particles in a multiphase reactor.

Method for improving identification degree of low-luminosity dispersed-phase particles in multiphase system

The present invention provides an online measuring method of particle (such as bubbles, droplets and solid particles) velocity in multiphase reactor. The method based on an online multiphase measuring instrument includes the following steps: (1) the online multiphase measuring instrument is placed into the multiphase reactor, and then a particle image produced by two or more exposures are obtained; (2) the actual size of individual pixel in the particle image is determined; (3) valid particles are determined in the depth of field; (4) then the centroid coordinates are conversed to the actual length of the coordinates (x, y) and (x, y) using the actual size of individual pixel. Thus, the instantaneous velocity of particles can be calculated by The method can realize real-time measurement of the velocity distribution of bubbles, droplets or solid particles in a multiphase reactor, and the measurement accuracy is high.

Online measuring method of particle velocity in multiphase system

An online multiphase measuring method of concentration and diameter distribution of dispersed phase particles in a multiphase reactor is provided in the present invention. The method is based on an online multiphase measuring instrument. The method described herein includes the following steps: (1) the online multiphase measuring instrument is placed in a multiphase system, and an image of the particles in the multiphase system is obtained; (2) valid particles are determined as: the particle that its Grad(&#x3a6;) is greater than or equal to Grad(&#x3a6;) is labeled as a valid one; (3) the particle diameter is calculated by d=10&#xd7;n/N; according to the equation the concentration of the valid particles is calculated. The concentration and diameter of bubbles, droplets or solid particles can be obtained in real time and online measurement. The accuracy of this method is high.

Online measuring method of concentration and diameter of particles in multiphase system

Provided are an immersion-type online multiphase measuring instrument and method. The instrument includes a package tube; a viewport; LED lamps and a brightness-adjustable light source system including a power supply, a signal generator and an oscilloscope; a telecentric lens and an image sensor; a controller; a signal processing and outputting system; and a display system. The LED lamps, the telecentric lens and the image sensor are located in the package tube. The exposure period of the image sensor is less than the pulse period of the signal generator. The photographic probe used in this measuring instrument has the advantages of online quantitative measurement, small size, portability, less-impact of fluid temperature and the surrounding environment, adaptability to transparent and opaque reactors with two-phase, three-phase and more than three-phase.

Immersion-type online multiphase measuring instrument and method

A micro-mixer and use thereof for synthesis of barium sulfate particles is disclosed. The micro-mixer includes feeding tubes, reservoirs, a mixing channel, a buffer reservoir and a sampling tube. The mixing channel is made of hydrophobic materials and processed into a spiral structure, in which baffles are set in interval arrangement at both sides of the channel wall. The types of the baffles include leaning-forward baffles, vertical baffles and leaning-backward baffles. Setting the baffles helps produce local secondary flow in the mixer, which enhances fluids mixing process. The micro-mixer is suitable to rapid reactions or precipitation processes, whose reaction time is much less than mixing time, and has broad application prospects in many fields involving mixing reaction such as pharmaceutical and chemistry industry.
