A computing system is configured to trigger a safety driver assessment and obtain driving conditions for a route using a variety of sensors and databases. The computing system is also configured to receive driver information and determine a safety driving test based on the driver information and driving conditions. During the safety driving test, the computing system is configured to measure, via the variety of sensors of an autonomous vehicle, driving responses of a driver operating the autonomous vehicle. Based on measured driving responses, the computing system is configured to determine a safety driving score and save the safety driving score in a safety test record.

Safety driver assessment and dynamic autonomous driving

Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to generating voice signatures using validated input from an authenticated user. The voice signature can represent a user's endorsement in relation to one or more electronic document(s). For example, the user can view the electronic document(s) at a client device and provide audio input in relation to the one or more document(s). Implementations of a signature manager can receive the user's audio input, authenticate the user identity, validate the input against one or more validation rules, and generate a voice signature in relation to the electronic document(s). The generated voice signature can then be stored in combination with the electronic document(s), for example in a manner that satisfies an authenticity audit of the electronic document(s).

The present disclosure is related to a roadside assistance system that may utilize crowdsourcing to collect and monitor user data, such as user input and user behavior, to build a machine learning model. In response to receiving a request for roadside assistance from a driver, the roadside assistance system may utilize the machine learning model to identify a suitable user who may provide the requested roadside assistance within a suitable time, and guide the identified suitable user to a location of the requesting driver to perform the requested roadside service. Furthermore, the roadside assistance system may direct suitable user to supply locations to pick up certain supplies for the requested roadside service. Additionally, the roadside assistance system may utilize crowdsourcing to provide rental vehicles to users.

A call center data transfer system includes one or more processors that are configured to receive call data related to information provided by a caller during a first portion of a call with a first customer service representative. The one or more processors are also configured to assign an identifier to the call in response to receipt of an indication that the call should be transferred from the first customer service representative, associate the identifier with the call data in one or more databases, receive the identifier as an input during a second portion of the call with a second customer service representative, and use the identifier to retrieve the call data from the one or more databases. A computer may generate a temporary digital wallet containing one or more anonymous payment tokens and transmit the temporary digital wallet to a user device of a user. When the user provides an anonymous payment token of the one or more anonymous payment tokens to a point of sale (POS) system, the computer may receive from the POS system or other systems connected thereto, a request to authorize payment for the anonymous payment token. The request to authorize payment may also include an amount to be paid by the user to the POS system. Using the anonymous payment token, the computer may retrieve a user account and determine that the user account has sufficient funds for the transaction. Based upon the determination that the user account has sufficient funds, the computer may transmit an authorization confirmation back to the POS system or any other system that the authorization request originated from.

A fraud detection system includes a source communication device associated with a source and a client device associated with a client to identify fraudulent calls to provide mitigating or remedial actions. The client device includes a memory that stores instructions and a processor that executes the instructions. The instructions cause the client device to monitor a wireless communication between the client device and the source communication device to identify a keyword, a combination of keywords, a context, and/or a topic of the wireless communication. Moreover, the instructions cause the client device to identify fraudulent detection characteristics of the wireless communication based at least in part of the keyword, the combination of keywords, the context, and/or the topic, identify the wireless communication as fraudulent communication based on the fraudulent detection characteristics, and identify and implement a remedial action based at least in part on a threshold of the wireless communication.

An order fulfillment management system includes processing circuitry configured to receive merchant data indicative of a capability of a merchant to fulfill orders for a good. The server may associate a shopping cart with a customer's electronic user device. The server may monitor the locations of the electronic user device. Based on the customer's location, the server may identify the shelves and items the customer has visited. When an item is lifted from the shelf, at least one weight sensor on the shelf may detect the weight change. The server may receive a notification comprising an amount of weight change from the weight sensor on the shelf. When the customer places the item into his/her shopping cart, the weight sensor on the shopping cart may detect the weight addition. If the weight change and weight addition match, the analytic server may determine that the item picked up from the shelf is placed within the customer's shopping cart.
