An agricultural harvester includes a chassis and a header carried by the chassis. The header includes: a center section supporting at least one center cutter and having a pair of lateral ends; a wing section linked to one of the lateral ends of the center section and supporting at least one wing cutter, the wing section being vertically moveable relative to the center section between a harvesting position and a transport position, the wing section being pivotable about a generally vertical pivot axis in the transport position and substantially prevented from pivoting about the pivot axis in the harvesting position; and an actuator linked to the wing section and configured to vertically move the wing section from the harvesting position to the transport position.

A draper belt system is provided that includes first and second draper belt assemblies. The first draper belt assembly includes first and second rollers, and a draper belt looped around the first and second rollers. The first roller defines a first roller diameter, a first central longitudinal axis, and a first plane extending through the first central longitudinal axis. The second draper belt assembly includes third and fourth rollers, and a draper belt looped around the third and fourth rollers. The third roller defines a third roller diameter dimensioned smaller than the first roller diameter, a second central longitudinal axis, and a second plane extending through the second central longitudinal axis. The third roller of the second draper belt assembly is disposed adjacent to the first roller with the first central longitudinal axis extending parallel to the second central longitudinal axis, and the second plane offset from the first plane.

A draper belt system is provided that includes a first draper frame pivotally coupled to a second draper frame at a pivot joint. The pivot joint includes a central longitudinal axis about which rotation at the pivot joint occurs. The draper belt system includes a draper belt assembly including a first roller rotatably coupled to the first draper frame, a second roller rotatably coupled to the second draper frame, and a third roller rotatably coupled between the first and second draper frames. The third roller includes a central longitudinal axis about which the third roller rotates. The central longitudinal axis of the third roller is the same as the central longitudinal axis of the pivot joint.

An agricultural vehicle that includes a chassis and a header with at least three header frames, including a center section, a first wing section, and a second wing section carried by the chassis. The header includes: at least three knife assemblies; and at least three knife drives, each of the knife drives being drivingly coupled to at least one of the at least three knife assemblies.

A corn harvester that includes a corn head including a plurality of dividers is provided. Each divider includes a hood with a top surface, and first and second side surfaces, one of the first or second side surfaces including a recessed area formed therein. The corn harvester includes an auger mounted to the hood. The auger is configured to be powered to rotate about an auger central axis. The corn harvester includes a tall corn attachment mounted to the hood and configured to be positioned in a stored position or a working position. In the stored position, the tall corn attachment is received within the recessed area of the hood. In the working position, the tall corn attachment extends from the top surface of the hood and at least partially covers a radial section of the auger.

A header system includes a frame; a cutter carried by the frame; a cutter sensor associated with the cutter which outputs a cutter height signal; a gauge wheel carried by the frame behind the cutter; a wheel sensor associated with the gauge wheel which outputs a wheel position signal; and a controller electrically coupled to the cutter height sensor and the wheel sensor. The controller is configured to: receive the cutter height signal; receive the wheel position signal; compare the cutter height signal and the wheel position signal to determine a terrain irregularity is present; and activate one or more actuators to adjust the frame in response to determining the terrain irregularity is present.

An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis and a header system carried by the chassis. The header system includes a frame; a cutter carried by the frame; a cutter sensor associated with the cutter which outputs a cutter height signal; a gauge wheel carried by the frame behind the cutter; a wheel sensor associated with the gauge wheel which outputs a wheel position signal; an actuator system including actuators which can adjust a height and/or a tilt angle of the frame; and a controller electrically coupled to the cutter height sensor, the wheel sensor and the actuator system. The controller is configured to: receive the cutter height signal; receive the wheel position signal; compare the cutter height signal and the wheel position signal to determine a terrain irregularity is present; and activate one or more actuators to adjust the frame in response to determining the terrain irregularity is present.

A header end hood mount for a harvester configured to allow an end hood on a corn header to pivot about a mounting assembly. The mounting assembly is connected to the frame for mounting the hood thereon and includes a mounting bracket affixed to the frame to allow the hood to pivot between a first position covering the row unit and a second position spaced outwardly and upwardly from the first position to provide improved access to a row unit covered by an end hood during normal operation. The header end hood mount is designed to provide a pivoting motion of the hood.

A row divider of an agricultural harvester is disclosed. The row divider includes a hood, a divider and an adjustment apparatus for adjusting the position of the divider and hood relative to each other. The adjustment apparatus includes a divider support extending from the hood for supporting the divider and an adjustment assembly. The adjustment assembly is connected to the divider support and extends through the hood to an outer region of the hood such that an operator can access and adjust the position of the divider from a region outside the hood and/or divider without the need for lifting the divider to an up position.
