Nucleic acids encoding endogenous Gag peptides can be isolated from various organisms. Nucleic acids encoding various endogenous Gag polypeptides can be isolated from human DNA. The nucleic acids can be used to express endogenous Gag polypeptides that can be assembled into capsids. Endogenous Gag polypeptides and capsids can be used package cargo and/or deliver it to cells, for example, to package and/or deliver a nucleic acid molecule for use in gene editing, such as a component involved in a CRISPR-Cas system.

Endogenous Gag-based capsids and uses thereof

Disclosed herein, in certain embodiments, are recombinant Arc and endogenous Gag polypeptides, and methods of using recombinant Arc and endogenous Gag polypeptides.

Vaccine compositions comprising endogenous Gag polypeptides

A locking gun storage container with a main box, a biased lid mounted on one end of the main box, and a lock mechanism that selectively locks the lid in a closed position. Inside the interior cavity of the main box is a holster with an interior pocket configured to hold a handgun. The holster includes an upper edge attached to a first hinge assembly mounted to the inside surface of the lid and a lower edge attached to a second hinge assembly attached to the inside surface of the main box. The two hinge assemblies are configured to hold and support the holster when holding a handgun upright over the interior cavity of the main box when the lid is opened and then repositioned the holster inside the interior cavity when the lid is closed. Mounted on the main box a coupler that selectively attaches to an external mount.

Lockable gun storage container

A carriage finding particular utility for support of a lawn trimmer is comprised of two frame members connected by a yoke. The yoke is made of two pieces which may pivot with respect to each other to allow insertion or removal of the handle of the trimmer. When it is desired to store the apparatus, the yoke may be broken into two pieces to reduce the area required for storage. The yoke is pivotally mounted to the frame members to permit angular adjustment about a horizontal axis, and various mounting holes are provided in the frame members to permit further adjustment of the yoke.
