Drill guides are disclosed herein that include a tapered projection that hooks under a bone to position the drill guide relative to the bone. The drill guide is used to drill a hole that receives a suture anchor.

Exemplary microfracture pick systems may include a microfracture pick, a strike plate, and a punch extension. The strike plate may be secured to a handle of the microfracture pick, and the punch extension is connectable to the strike plate. The punch extension is configured to apply an 'off-axis' impact force to the microfracture pick. The “off-axis” impact force is generally aligned with an axis of a strike tip of the microfracture pick, thereby substantially preventing the strike tip from skiving across a bone surface during surgical uses.

A delivery device delivers a compression plate to a fracture line in a bone. The delivery device includes a body that retains the compression plate in a strained condition, the body including a proximal end, a distal end, and a first beam. The delivery device also includes a cover plate attached to and moveable relative to the body, the cover plate including a second beam. A space is defined between the first beam and the second beam that receives the compression plate. The delivery device also includes a compression clip that retains the compression plate in the space.

This disclosure relates to a targeting guide assembly for positioning a surgical instrument. The targeting guide assembly is used to accurately place a surgical instrument for establishing a precise path for subsequent screw placement, retrograde drilling, etc. A targeting guide assembly according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a first bracket, a second bracket rotatable relative to the first bracket and a cannula guide body movable within a slot of the first bracket.
