The invention relates to the field involving the softening or lubricating of natural, synthetic or mixed textile fibres, as well as keratin fibres. The invention provides a softening composition, the rheology of which is controlled by means of a particular thickening agent. The invention also relates to the thickening agent, which is made from multiple isocyanate compounds.

Softening composition

The invention concerns the field of detergent compositions, in particular detergent compositions for automatic washing, in particular for automatic dishwashing. Process for thickening a composition, through the use of a direct emulsion in water, which is alkali-swellable, of a polymer of the ASE or HASE type, which is both rich in acrylic acid and which has a certain quantity of AMPS.
