The invention relates to a wiper blade () comprising a connecting element (), which comprises a base element () and a hinge element (), wherein the base element () has a first side part () and a second side part (), which are joined transversely to a longitudinal direction () by locking means () and centering means () interlocking, and which are held together by side walls () of the hinge element (). It is proposed that the hinge element () is an adapter cap () made of plastic which comprises on the insides of the side walls () thereof clips (), which in the installed state engage in recesses () on the outer longitudinal sides of the side parts ().
