A warm-water generating apparatus () uses, as a refrigerant, a mixed refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132(E)). The warm-water generating apparatus () includes a compressor (), a heat-source-side air heat exchanger (), an expansion valve (), and a use-side water heat exchanger (). The water heat exchanger () causes the mixed refrigerant flowing therein and first water to exchange heat with each other to heat the first water.

Warm-water generating apparatus

A two-stage refrigeration apparatus () includes a first cycle () and a second cycle (). The first cycle () includes a first compressor (), a first condenser (), a first expansion mechanism (), and a first evaporator () that are arranged in such a manner as to be connected to the first cycle. A first refrigerant circulates through the first cycle. The second cycle () includes a second downstream-side condenser () and a second evaporator () that are arranged in such a manner as to be connected to the second cycle. A second refrigerant circulates through the second cycle. The first evaporator () and the second downstream-side condenser () constitute a cascade condenser (). In the cascade condenser (), heat is exchanged between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant. At least one of the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant is a refrigerant mixture containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132(E)).

Refrigeration apparatus

A refrigeration cycle apparatus () includes a refrigerant circuit () including a compressor (), a heat source-side heat exchanger (), an expansion mechanism (), and a usage-side heat exchanger (). In the refrigerant circuit (), a refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132 (E)) is sealed. At least during a predetermined operation, in at least one of the heat source-side heat exchanger () and the usage-side heat exchanger (), a flow of the refrigerant and a flow of a heating medium that exchanges heating with the refrigerant are counter flows.

Refrigeration cycle apparatus

A heat exchange unit is provided with which, even if a flammable refrigerant is used, the likelihood of the refrigerant reaching an electric component unit is reduced. An outdoor unit () constitutes a portion of an air-conditioning apparatus (), and is connected to an indoor unit () via a liquid-side refrigerant connection pipe () and a gas-side refrigerant connection pipe (). The outdoor unit () includes an outdoor housing (), an outdoor heat exchanger () disposed inside the outdoor housing () and in which a refrigerant flows, a liquid-side shutoff valve () connected to the liquid-side refrigerant connection pipe (), a gas-side shutoff valve () connected to the gas-side refrigerant connection pipe (), and an outdoor electric component unit () disposed inside the outdoor housing (). The refrigerant is a flammable refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene. When the outdoor unit () is in its installed state, the lower end of the outdoor electric component unit () is positioned above the liquid-side shutoff valve () and the gas-side shutoff valve ().

Heat exchange unit

A refrigeration cycle apparatus () is capable of performing a refrigeration cycle using a small-GWP refrigerant. The refrigeration cycle apparatus () includes a refrigerant circuit () and a refrigerant enclosed in the refrigerant circuit (). The refrigerant circuit includes a compressor (), a condenser (), a decompressing section (), and an evaporator (). The refrigerant contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene.

An air conditioning unit capable of performing a refrigeration cycle using a small-GWP refrigerant is provided. A refrigeration cycle apparatus (to) includes a refrigerant circuit () including a compressor (), a condenser (), a decompressing section (), and an evaporator (), and a refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene enclosed in the refrigerant circuit ().

An air-conditioning unit that is able to suppress ignition at an electric heater even when leakage of refrigerant occurs while a low-GWP refrigerant is used is provided. In an outdoor unit () including a casing (), a compressor () provided inside the casing () and configured to compress refrigerant containing 1,2-difluoroethylene, and a drain pan heater () provided inside the casing (), an electric power consumption of the drain pan heater () is lower than or equal to 300 W.

Air-conditioning unit

Provided is a refrigerant composition that has a low GWP; is non-flammable or mildly flammable; and has a refrigerating capacity (Cap) and/or coefficient of performance (COP) equivalent to or higher than those of traditional refrigerants, such as R-134a, R-410A, R-123, or R-404A, when used as an alternative refrigerant for these traditional refrigerants. Specifically, provided is a refrigerant composition containing FO-1216 and a hydrofluoroolefin, wherein the hydrofluoroolefin is at least one member of HFO-1234ze and HFO-1243zf.

Refrigerant composition

An air conditioning apparatusincludes a compressor (), an indoor heat exchanger () that is a use-side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with first air (F), an outdoor heat exchanger () that is a heat-source-side heat exchanger that exchanges heat with second air, a refrigerant, a first duct (), and a casing (). The refrigerant contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene, and circulates in the compressor (), the indoor heat exchanger (), and the outdoor heat exchanger () to repeat a refrigeration cycle. The first duct () supplies the first air (F) to a plurality of rooms in an interior. The casing () includes a use-side space (SP) that is connected to the first duct () and that accommodates the indoor heat exchanger (). The casing () is configured to allow the first air (F) after heat exchange with the refrigerant at the indoor heat exchanger () to be sent out to the first duct ().

Air conditioning apparatus

A refrigeration cycle apparatus that can improve operation efficiency when a refrigerant that contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene is used is provided. An air conditioning apparatusincludes a compressor (), an outdoor heat exchanger (), an outdoor expansion valve (), an indoor heat exchanger (), and a suction injection pipe (), and uses a refrigerant that contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene. The suction injection pipe () allows a part of a refrigerant that flows toward the indoor heat exchanger () from the outdoor heat exchanger () to merge with a low-pressure refrigerant that is sucked into the compressor ().

A heat source unit and a refrigeration cycle apparatus that are able to reduce damage to a connection pipe when a refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene is used are provided. An outdoor unit () that is connected via a liquid-side connection pipe () and a gas-side connection pipe () to an indoor unit () including an indoor heat exchanger () and that is a component of an air conditioner () includes a compressor () and an outdoor heat exchanger (). A refrigerant containing at least 1,2-difluoroethylene is used as a refrigerant. A design pressure of the outdoor unit () is lower than 1.5 times a design pressure of each of the liquid-side connection pipe () and the gas-side connection pipe ().

Heat source unit and refrigeration cycle apparatus

This invention relates to a method for preparing 1,2-difluoroethylene and/or 1,1,2-trifluoroethane, comprising a step of performing at least one fluorination reaction by bringing at least one halide selected from the group consisting of haloethanes represented by general formula (1) CHXXCHX(wherein X, X, and Xare the same or different, and represent Cl, Br, or F) and haloethylenes represented by general formula (2) CHX&#x2550;CHX(wherein Xand Xare the same or different, and represent Cl, Br or F, with the proviso that the case in which Xand Xare both F is excluded).

Method for preparing 1,2-difluoroethylene and/or 1,1,2-trifluoroethane

The present invention aims to provide an efficient method for obtaining a desired isomer of HFO-1132 from a composition comprising trans-1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132(E)) and cis-1,2-difluoroethylene (HFO-1132(Z)). The present invention provides, as a means for solving the problem, a method for producing HFO-1132(E) and/or HFO-1132(Z), comprising steps (1) to (3): (1) supplying a composition comprising HFO-1132(E) and/or HFO-1132(Z) to a reactor filled with a catalyst to perform an isomerization reaction between the HFO-1132(E) and the HFO-1132(Z); (2) separating the reaction product obtained in step (1) into a first stream comprising the HFO-1132(E) as a main component, and a second stream comprising the HFO-1132(Z) as a main component; and (3) recycling the first stream or the second stream obtained in step (2) to the reactor, to subject the first stream or the second stream to the isomerization reaction.

Method for producing difluoroethylene

The present disclosure provides a method for producing fluoroolefin represented by formula (1): CXX&#x2550;CXX, wherein X, X, X, and Xare the same or different, and represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, with high selectivity. Specifically, the present disclosure is a method for producing a fluoroolefin represented by formula (1) described above, the method comprising a dehydrofluorination step of bringing a fluorocarbon represented by formula (2): CXXFCXXH, wherein X, X, X, and Xare as defined above, into contact with a metal catalyst to perform dehydrofluorination, the dehydrofluorination step being performed in the gas phase in the presence of water, the concentration of the water being less than 500 ppm relative to the fluorocarbon represented by formula (2).
