The present disclosure provides conjugates of polypeptides comprising nanobody and FGF21 linked by a polypeptide linker. The present disclosure further provides conjugates of polypeptides comprising GLP-1, nanobody, and FGF21 linked by two polypeptide linkers respectively. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same and methods of treating diseases are also provided.

Fusion polypeptides for metabolic disorders

Disclosed is a catalytic cracking process for producing isobutane and/or light aromatics in high yield, comprising the steps of: a) providing a catalytic cracking feedstock oil having a polycyclic naphthene content of greater than about 25 wt %; b) subjecting the catalytic cracking feedstock oil to a first catalytic cracking reaction and a second catalytic cracking reaction sequentially under different reaction conditions to obtain a catalytic cracking product; c) separating the resulting catalytic cracking product to obtain a liquefied gas fraction comprising isobutane and a gasoline fraction comprising light aromatics; and d) optionally, recovering isobutane from the liquefied gas fraction and/or recovering light aromatics from the gasoline fraction. The process can enable the production of isobutane and/or light aromatics in high yield.

Catalytic cracking process for producing isobutane and/or light aromatics in high yield

Provided are a method, target and application for NO accumulation to decrease invasiveness of; achieving NO accumulation by means of external NO donors or disruption of internal NO metabolism in an environment whereis growing or being cultured, in order to decrease production byof the invasion factor pyocyanin. Utilizing even micro-quantities of NO can significantly inhibitPCN (PCN synthesis down 82% with 60 &#x3bc;M SNP treatment); by inhibiting NO reductase, an enzyme related to NO metabolism, PCN synthesis can be significantly inhibited (the PAO1-&#x394;nor strain has 84% PCN reduction). Using NO donors or inhibiting enzymes involved inNO metabolism as a means of combating bacterial infectious disease does not affect the body's normal microflora like traditional antibiotics.

A process for producing catalytic cracking gasoline includes the following steps: i) subjecting a heavy feedstock oil to a catalytic cracking reaction in the presence of a first catalytic cracking catalyst to obtain a first reaction product; ii) subjecting a hydrogenated cycle oil to a catalytic cracking reaction in the presence of a second catalytic cracking catalyst to obtain a second reaction product; iii) separating a mixture of the first reaction product and the second reaction product to obtain a catalytic cracking gasoline and a catalytic cracking light cycle oil; iv) subjecting the catalytic cracking light cycle oil or a fraction thereof to hydrogenation to obtain a hydrogenated product; and v) recycling the hydrogenated product to the step ii) as the hydrogenated cycle oil.

Process for producing catalytic cracking gasoline with a high octane number

A catalytic cracking process includes the following steps: i) subjecting a heavy feedstock oil to flail catalytic cracking; ii) separating the catalytic cracking reaction product obtained from step i) to obtain a catalytic cracking gasoline and a catalytic cracking light cycle oil; iii) splitting the catalytic cracking gasoline to obtain a light gasoline fraction, a medium gasoline fraction and a heavy gasoline fraction; iv) subjecting the catalytic cracking light cycle oil to hydrogenation to obtain a hydrogenated light cycle oil); v) mixing a portion of the light gasoline fraction with at least a portion of the hydrogenated light cycle oil to obtain a mixed fraction; vi) subjecting the mixed fraction to catalytic cracking; and vii) subjecting a portion of the medium gasoline fraction to flail catalytic cracking. The process is capable of producing more catalytic cracking gasoline, reducing the olefin content of the catalytic cracking gasoline, and increasing its octane number.
