A pixel driving circuit of OLED display device and an OLED display device having the pixel driving circuit are disclosed. The pixel driving circuit adopts a 4T1C pixel structure such that when turning on or turning off, the OLED display device detects the threshold voltage of the driving thin-film transistor, and compensating the threshold voltage being detected into the driving current of the organic light-emitting diode when operates normally such that the present invention is capable of eliminating an affection of the threshold voltage of the driving thin-film transistor to the driving current of the organic light-emitting diode so as to improve the quality of the display image of the OLED display device.

A pixel driving circuit using 4T2C pixel structure applied in an OLED display device is provided. A gate of the third TFT is coupled to the scanning signal. A source of the third TFT is coupled to a drain of the fourth TFT. A gate of the fourth TFT is coupled to a data signal and a source of the fourth is coupled to a second reference voltage signal. The invention discloses an AMOLED pixel driver circuit and pixel driving method, by using a pixel driver circuit of 3T2C structure to effectively compensate threshold voltage of driving TFT in each pixel; through adding a third TFT (T) and introducing control signal voltage (Vc) to control the third TFT (T) to prevent current from flowing through in the threshold voltage detection phase and threshold voltage compensation phase so as to reduce the complexity of the power supply (Vdd); by adding a second capacitor (C) to regulate the influence on the source voltage of the driving TFT by the data signal voltage (VData) so as to reduce the data signal complexity. The AMOLED pixel driving circuit utilizes the 4T2C structure, comprising a first, a second, a third, a fourth thin film transistors (TTTT), a first, a second capacitor (CC) and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) with introducing a first, a second global signals (Vselx, Vsely) and a reference voltage (Vref); by providing the reference voltage (Vref) to the first node (a) via the third thin film transistor (T), the data signal voltage (Vdata) can be simplified to diminish the complexity of the data signal voltage (Vdata). The process of writing the data signal voltage (Vdata) into the first thin film transistor Ti.e. the driving the thin film transistor is separated from the reset stage (Reset) and the threshold voltage detection stage (Vth sensing) with the fourth thin film transistor (T). Thus, the reset time and the compensation time can be increased to effectively compensate the threshold voltage changes of the drive thin film transistor and the display brightness of the AMOLED becomes more even to raise the display quality.
