An ultrasonic freezing equipment, which includes a casing, a circulating pump system, an ultrasonic generator, a vortex-tube freezing device and a temperature-measuring device. A vertex tube is configured for refrigeration. A circulating salt solution inside the casing is configured to quickly and uniformly take away a heat of a food to be frozen, so as to efficiently freeze the food. A freezing method using the ultrasonic freezing equipment is also provided.

This disclosure relates to cold-chain transportation, and more particularly to a refrigerated container refrigeration system capable of preventing freezing of container door, including compressors, oil separators, gas coolers, regenerators, electronic expansion valves, gas-liquid separators, an evaporator, suction pressure regulating valves, oil-level solenoid valves, gas cooler pressure regulating valves, differential pressure regulating valves, an evaporation pressure regulating valve, solenoid valves, check valves, flow meters, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, a door anti-freezing area, a refrigerated container shell, refrigerated container doors, a refrigeration unit, an anti-freezing pipeline and fastening components. Carbon dioxide is selected as refrigerant. A flow two-stage cycle compression refrigeration system with switchable operation pipeline is adopted, and the outlet pipeline of a high-pressure compressor is extended for preventing freezing of container door.

Refrigerated container refrigeration system capable of preventing freezing of container door

The present invention relates to refrigerated trucks, more particularly to a front-mounted external cold air intake system for a large refrigerated truck, including a refrigerated compartment, an indoor chiller unit, an outdoor chiller unit, a front-mounted air duct, air outlets, horizontal louvers, folding elbows, windshields, blade control knobs, filters, covers, wind deflectors and blades. In the front-mounted cold air intake system, the front-mounted air duct introduces outdoor cold air into the refrigerated compartment, and transmits and distributes the cold air through the air outlets. Moreover, the air window structures formed by the horizontal shutters, the folding elbows and the windshields are used for discharging air, so as to stabilize the pressure in the refrigerated compartment. The system of the present invention uses outdoor cold air to effectively cool the compartment allowing for energy saving of the refrigerated truck.

Front-mounted external cold air intake system for large refrigerated truck

A floating plate type marine refrigerated container system capable of generating electricity by using wave energy that relates to ocean energy, including a machine room, retractable pipes, vertical rise-fall pipes, vertical connecting rods, floating plates, controllers, a rising-falling control button, an indicator light, push-pull handles, grooves, fixed supports, generator sets, wires, a storage battery, a connecting block, a machine room door, a heat dissipation window, sliding areas, a movable plate, a displacement sensor, hinges, sliding shafts, sliding groove groups and the electrical equipment of the refrigerated container. The wave energy in the vertically moving waves is collected by the floating plate, and converted into electric energy. The electric energy are gathered to the storage battery, and finally supplied to the electrical equipment of the refrigerated container.
