A vehicle includes: an internal combustion engine; a rotary electric machine; a connection-disconnection device; a hydraulic pressure supply device; a hydraulic pressure control device; and a control device. The hydraulic pressure supply device includes a mechanical hydraulic pressure supply device and a pressure accumulator. The control device executes fuel cut-off control to stop fuel supply to the internal combustion engine and rotation speed maintaining control to maintain a rotation speed of the internal combustion engine at a predetermined rotation speed by rotationally driving the internal combustion engine by the rotary electric machine or supplying fuel to the internal combustion engine. The hydraulic pressure control device supplies the hydraulic pressure to the connection-disconnection device by the pressure accumulator when the hydraulic pressure supplied to the connection-disconnection device by the mechanical hydraulic pressure supply device is less than a predetermined value when an acceleration command is given to the vehicle.

Vehicle

A hybrid vehicle control apparatus including a torque converter temperature detector detecting a torque converter temperature, a rotor temperature detector detecting a rotor temperature, a stator temperature detector detecting a stator temperature, and an electronic control unit including a microprocessor. The microprocessor is configured to perform controlling an engine, a transmission, a lockup clutch, a motor-generator and a stator cooling device based on the torque converter temperature detected by the torque converter temperature detector, the rotor temperature detected by the rotor temperature detector and the stator temperature detected by the stator temperature detector so that the torque converter temperature is equal to or lower than a first predetermined temperature, the rotor temperature is equal to or lower than a second predetermined temperature and the stator temperature is equal to or lower than a third predetermined temperature.

Hybrid vehicle control apparatus

The disclosure provides a control device of an automatic transmission for vehicle, which can improve the responsiveness to switching to a reverse stage. The automatic transmission includes: planetary gear mechanisms which transmit the driving force input to an input shaft to an output member; and first to third clutches and first to fourth brakes as engagement mechanisms capable of establishing shift stages by switching a transmission path of the driving force in the planetary gear mechanisms. The control device executes a reverse preparation process for starting engagements of the first and third clutches and the third brake and stopping rotation of the input shaft when the reverse stage is selected when the fourth brake (mechanical engagement mechanism) is in a unidirectional rotation allowed state (first state) and the vehicle is traveling at a vehicle speed greater than a highest vehicle speed at which the reverse stage is establishable.

Control device of automatic transmission for vehicle

There is provided an automatic transmission capable of preventing deterioration of driving performance even when an engagement mechanism is not switched due to a failure. An automatic transmission includes a first brake which is always in a fixed state from a first forward gear stage to a predetermined gear stage and is in an open state at a gear stage with a higher speed than the predetermined gear stage, and a hydraulic sensor configured to detect whether the first brake is switched to the fixed state. When a transmission control device instructs the first brake to switch to the fixed state, and it is confirmed that the first brake is in an open state, the transmission control device instructs engagement mechanisms other than the first brake to perform switching so that a preliminary gear stage is able to be set.

Automatic transmission

Provided is a hydraulic pressure control device. A hydraulic pressure control device includes a solenoid valve configured to supply hydraulic pressure to switch between an engaged state and a released state of a lock-up clutch, and a transmission control device configured to control the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve supplies hydraulic pressure to switch between a parking locked state and a parking released state of a parking lock mechanism, in addition to switching of the lock-up clutch.

Hydraulic pressure control device

There is provided a transmission control device capable to switching a switching mechanism quickly. A transmission control device ECU controls an automatic transmission () and can receive information about a slope from a front and rear G sensor. The automatic transmission () includes a two-way clutch (F) as a switching mechanism that is switchable between a reverse rotation prevention state in which forward rotation of a rotatable carrier (Cb) (eleventh element) is allowed and reverse rotation is prevented and a fixed state in which rotation of the element is prevented. When the range is switched to a parking range and a vehicle is not stopped on a slope, the transmission control device ECU switches the two-way clutch (F) to the fixed state.

Transmission control device and automatic transmission including the same

One solenoid valve included in a hydraulic pressure control device has at least two functions among the following (1) to (6) functions, (1) switching a state of a two-way clutch, (2) switching a state of a parking lock mechanism, (3) switching the supply of hydraulic pressure to a first brake that is put into an engaged state when a gear stage selected when driving of a vehicle starts is set, (4) controlling a line pressure adjustment valve so that a decrease in a line pressure is prevented when the temperature of a hydraulic fluid is a first predetermined temperature or higher, (5) preventing the occurrence of a creep phenomenon in a neutral range when the temperature of the hydraulic fluid is a second predetermined temperature or lower, and (6) boosting a line pressure by performing switching to another linear solenoid valve when the line pressure adjustment valve has failed.

Fluid pressure control device

An automatic transmission for improving responsiveness until reverse movement is possible. When the range is switched from a parking range to a reverse range, P lock release control for releasing a parking state starts. When a two-way clutch is in a reverse rotation prevention state, hydraulic pressure is supplied to a first clutch, a third clutch, and a third brake, and a process in a reverse side preparation mode starts. When the first clutch is in a connected state and a rotational speed of an input shaft is a predetermined rotational speed, whether a parking piston of a parking lock mechanism is at an unlock position is determined. When it is at the unlock position, a driving source is requested to restrict an output torque. Then, hydraulic pressure is supplied to the two-way clutch, and the two-way clutch is switched from a reverse rotation prevention state to a fixed state.

Provided is an automatic transmission capable of smoothly switching a switching mechanism. A control part ECU of a transmission recognizes an input torque and a friction torque when an instruction to switch a two-way clutch from a fixed state to a reverse rotation prevention state is received while a first clutch, a second clutch and a third clutch are in an open state, and switches the two-way clutch from the fixed state to the reverse rotation prevention state when the input torque is equal to or greater than the friction torque.

There is provided an automatic transmission capable to preventing an output of a driving source in a neutral range from being transmitted to wheels without increasing the number of control valves which could fail. An automatic transmission includes a first brake, a third clutch, a third brake, a transmission control device configured to control the first brake, the third clutch, and the third brake, and a hydraulic sensor and a hydraulic switch configured to determine whether the first brake is under control of the transmission control device. When the hydraulic sensor and the hydraulic switch detect that the first brake is in an engaged state contrary to control of the transmission control device in a non-traveling range, the transmission control device switches the third clutch and the third brake to the engaged state.

Provided is a hydraulic pressure control device. A hydraulic pressure control device supplies hydraulic pressure to a piston using solenoid valves and performs 2:1 switching processing of stopping the supply of hydraulic pressure to the piston using a solenoid valve when the piston is switched to a parking locked state. When the piston is not switched to a side that is to be a parking locked state, hydraulic pressure is supplied to two solenoid valves, and 2:0 switching processing of stopping the supply of hydraulic pressure to the piston by solenoid valves is performed. Then, a reporting processing of reporting that at least one of the solenoid valves has failed is performed.

A control apparatus of an automatic transmission, which includes a mechanical engaging mechanism functioning as a brake, includes a determination unit determining, when a selected gear is a lowest forward speed gear, and the mechanism is in a second state, whether to switch the mechanism to the first state, and a switching processing unit switching the mechanism to the first state based on a determination result. In the first state, only rotation of a predetermined rotational element provided in planetary gear mechanisms in a first direction is restricted. In the second state, rotation of the predetermined rotational element in both the first and second direction is restricted. The determination unit determines to switch the mechanism to the first state at least on condition that a driving force is larger than a predetermined driving force.

Control apparatus

A hydraulic circuit device for a vehicle, includes a clutch, a flow path, a fluid pump, a pressure generating device, and a control valve. The control valve is configured to determine whether a transmission start-stop function activation condition other than a vehicle speed is satisfied, determine whether a system start-stop function activation condition related to a component of the vehicle is satisfied, the component being other than the transmission, determine whether the vehicle speed is equal to or lower than a first speed threshold, and boost a line pressure of the flow path to accumulate pressure in the pressure generating device for preparing activation of the start-stop function if it is determined that the transmission start-stop function activation condition and the system start-stop function activation condition are satisfied, and if it is determined that the vehicle speed is equal to or lower than the first speed threshold.

Hydraulic circuit device and line pressure boosting method for hydraulic circuit

A control apparatus for controlling an automatic transmission including a torque converter to which a driving force of an engine is input includes a specifying unit configured to specify a drag torque of a wet friction type lock-up clutch, and a transmission unit configured to transmit load information including at least the drag torque specified by the specifying unit to a control apparatus of the engine. The specifying unit specifies the drag torque of the lock-up clutch during in-gear based on a slip ratio of the torque converter before in-gear when the lock-up clutch is released.

Control apparatus and control system

A parking lock apparatus includes an engaging mechanism, a slider, a hydraulic circuit, and a processor. The engaging mechanism is to prevent a rotation of a rotating body when the engaging mechanism is in a mechanical engagement state. The slider is to switch a state of the engaging mechanism between the mechanical engagement state and a mechanical disengagement state in accordance with a position of the slider. The hydraulic circuit is to change the position of the slider. The processor is configured to increase line pressure in the hydraulic circuit when the engaging mechanism is in the mechanical engagement state.
