A notification control method is a method of control by a notification control device that causes a notification apparatus to give information on a replacement apparatus for a battery where electric power for travel is stored, the battery being mounted on a vehicle. The notification control method includes obtaining from the replacement apparatus, abnormality occurrence information relating to replacement of the battery, obtaining from the replacement apparatus or the vehicle, travel-enabled-state information indicating that the battery is in an attachment state in which the vehicle is able to travel, causing the notification apparatus to give first information indicating that the vehicle is able to travel when the abnormality occurrence information and the travel-enabled-state information are obtained, and causing the notification apparatus to give second information indicating that the vehicle is unable to travel when the abnormality occurrence information is obtained and the travel-enabled-state information is not obtained.

Notification control method and notification control device

A steering system for a vehicle includes: a front wheel steering device configured to steer a front wheel, a rear wheel steering device configured to steer a rear wheel, and a controller configured to control the front wheel steering device and the rear wheel steering device such that the front wheel and the rear wheel are steerable independently of each other. When the front wheel passes unevenness, the controller executes a rear wheel avoidance control to avoid the rear wheel from passing the unevenness. In the rear wheel avoidance control, the controller determines a rear-wheel avoidance side slip angle, which is a vehicle center-of-gravity point side slip angle to be realized, and determines a target steering angle, which is a steering angle to which each of the front wheel and the rear wheel is to be steered, based on the rear-wheel avoidance side slip angle.

Steering system

A method of display control is a method of control of display by an ECU of a vehicle and a CPU of a management server, the ECU controlling an HMI that shows information on a plurality of replacement stations for replacement with a battery to be mounted on a vehicle. The method includes specifying for each replacement station, by the CPU of the management server, reference information on a degree of deterioration when a user selects the battery that is replaceable, the battery being stored at a replacement station that satisfies a prescribed condition among the plurality of replacement stations and controlling, by the ECU of the vehicle, the HMI to show the reference information together with information on the replacement station. The user can select the replacement station in consideration of the degree of deterioration of the battery.

Method of display control and display controller

A display control method is a display control method that is performed by an ECU of a vehicle that controls an HMI for displaying information on a charging station and a replacing station of a battery mounted on the vehicle and a CPU of a management server. The display control method includes the steps of: calculating, by the CPU of the management server, a waiting time using the number of waiting vehicles at the charging station or the replacing station and the time required to charge or replace a battery per vehicle; controlling, by the ECU of the vehicle, the HMI to display the information on the charging station or the replacing station in a predetermined display mode according to the calculated waiting time.

Display control method and display control device

The vehicle behavior control device comprises a processor; and a memory, wherein the processor is configured to: obtain a front wheel path; calculate a front wheel curvature that is a curvature of the front wheel path at each of a plurality of front wheel passing points constituting the front wheel path; sequentially calculate, for each of the plurality of front wheel passing points, a rear wheel steering angle at which a curvature of a rear wheel path coincides with the curvature of the front wheel path at each of the plurality of front wheel passing points; and control driving of the front wheel and driving of the rear wheel based on the rear wheel steering angle that is calculated and a front wheel steering angle.

A method of controlling battery replacement includes obtaining information on a battery (first battery) and giving a notification that encourages battery replacement to a user of an electrically powered vehicle when a battery (second battery) lower in SOC than the battery is provided at a battery station (battery replacement station). The method of controlling battery replacement includes controlling the battery station such that the battery and the battery lower in SOC than the battery are replaced with each other.
