A mechatronic integrated unit for a vehicle includes a housing including a first chamber and a second chamber located above the first chamber, a first motor disposed in the first chamber, a second motor disposed along a front-rear direction in the first chamber along with the first motor, at least part of the second motor being located above the first motor, and an electric circuit unit that is disposed in the second chamber and is electrically connected to at least one of the first motor or the second motor. A partition wall between the first chamber and the second chamber includes a bulging portion that bulges toward the second chamber from a portion other than the bulging portion and is located above the second motor. At least part of the electric circuit unit faces the bulging portion in the front-rear direction or in a right-left direction.

Mechatronic integrated unit

The electromechanical integration unit includes a motor housed in a first chamber of the housing, and a first electrical unit and a second electrical unit housed in a second chamber of the housing. The housing includes multiple motor terminals arranged in the second chamber. The first electrical unit includes multiple first terminals arranged together with the motor terminals. The second electrical unit includes multiple motor terminals and multiple second terminals connected to the first terminals. The first electrical component of the first electrical unit, together with the second electrical component of the second electrical component, constitutes a power control circuit for controlling the power supplied to the motor. A service hole is provided in the second chamber of the housing, and the motor terminals and the first terminal are connected to the second terminals in a range exposed to the outside through the service hole.

Electromechanical integration unit

An electrical apparatus disclosed herein includes first/second electrical units configured to be fixed to each other. The first electrical unit has a first surface including a connector. The second electrical unit has a second surface facing the first surface of the first electrical unit. The second surface includes a socket configured to fit with the connector. One of the first and second electrical units includes a stud bolt extending toward the other of the first electrical unit and the second electrical unit, and the other of the first and second electrical units includes a bolt hole through which the stud bolt is configured to pass. When the second electrical unit is separated from the first electrical unit with the second surface facing the first surface, a bolt-hole distance from the stud bolt to the bolt hole is shorter than a connector-socket distance from the connector to the socket.

Electrical device

A washer-equipped screw is provided with a screw body, a metal washer, and a rubber washer. The screw body includes a cylindrical portion between a shaft portion on which a screw groove is formed and a head portion. A hole in the metal washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion so as to be adjacent to the head portion. A hole in the rubber washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion and positioned on a shaft portion side of the metal washer. A seat surface of the head portion has an inclined surface inclined away from the metal washer toward an outer periphery thereof.

Washer-equipped screw

A washer-equipped screw is provided with a screw body, a flat washer, and a rubber washer. The screw body includes a cylindrical portion between a shaft portion on which a screw groove is formed and a head portion. A hole in the flat washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion so as to be adjacent to the head portion. A hole in the rubber washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion and positioned on a shaft portion side of the flat washer. The cylindrical portion is provided with a projection for engagingly locking the flat washer. An inner edge of the flat washer is caught by the projection, whereby the flat washer is prevented from detaching.

A structure of mounting a power controller in a vehicle, the power controller to be mounted in a front compartment of the vehicle: includes a connector attached to a back portion of a housing of the power controller; a cowl panel positioned behind the connector; and a pair of protrusions provided on the housing. Each of the pair of protrusions is arranged on a corresponding lateral side of the connector. Back ends of the protrusions are positioned on a back side with respect to a back end of the connector. A distance from the back end of one protrusion of the pair of protrusions to the cowl panel is shorter than a distance from the back end of the other protrusion to the cowl panel, the one protrusion being closer to a center line in a width direction of the vehicle than the other protrusion is.
