A cover has both ends in an extension direction being connected to an insulating member body. A dividing portion formed in a part of the extension direction divides the cover into a first section and a second section. The first section and the second section come into contact with a spring contact when a male terminal contact portion is inserted between a pair of female terminal contact portions. On contact with the spring contact, the first section and the second section elastically deform at least in an opposing direction.

Connector and connector device

A seal part includes an elastic body that is in close contact with outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of wires and an inner peripheral surface of a wire accommodation portion, and a rigid body that has an outer peripheral surface disposed to face the inner peripheral surface of the wire accommodation portion. The rigid body has a plurality of wire through holes allowing wires to coaxially pass through respectively. The elastic body includes first seal portions that respectively correspond to the wire through holes, and that are in close contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of the wires passing through the wire through holes, and a second seal portion that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the wire accommodation portion in the wire accommodation portion.

Seal part and connector

A connector includes a packing that includes a seal portion having an annular shape and a piece portion protruding from the seal portion and having a through-hole, and a fitting portion that holds a terminal, is mounted with the packing, and is fitted to a target to be fitted so that a space between the fitting portion and the target to be fitted is sealed by the packing. The fitting portion includes a first member that includes a cylindrical portion having an outer surface on which the seal portion is mounted, a second member that is attached to the cylindrical portion, a projection portion provided in one member of the first and second members, is inserted into the through-hole, and includes a tip projecting from the through-hole, and an opening portion provided in the other member of the first and second members and into which the tip is inserted.

Connector

A female connector includes a female terminal and a female-side insulator. The female terminal is connected to a male terminal of a male connector including the male terminal having a tubular male-side connecting body and including a male-side insulator covering an end surface of the male-side connecting body. The female terminal has a tubular female-side connecting body defining a female-side space in which the male-side connecting body is inserted and fitted, and has a tubular accommodating portion defining an accommodation space for accommodating and retaining the female-side insulator.
