Provided is a film forming method of a corrosion resistant film having a corrosion resistance under acidic atmosphere and a corrosion resistant member on which the corrosion resistant film is coated. The film forming method of the corrosion resistant film includes: bringing a substrate made of aluminum into contact with an aqueous solution containing sulfate ions and fluoride ions; and heating the substrate to boil the aqueous solution on a surface of the substrate and forming a corrosion resistant film containing at least oxygen, fluorine, and sulfur in the aluminum derived from the substrate on the surface of the substrate.

A fuel cell system ensures estimation on a cooling capacity by produced water in an intercooler when water is provided. A control device in a fuel cell system includes a freeze determination unit, a required pressure calculator, a discharge pressure setting unit, a power supplying unit, and a melting estimation unit. The freeze determination unit determines a freezing of produced water in an intercooler. The required pressure calculator calculates a pressure of air discharged from an air compressor. The discharge pressure unit sets the discharge air compressor to a melt pressure when the required pressure is the melt pressure or more. The power supplying unit performs power generation with the melt pressure for a melting period set to melt the frozen produced water, and supplies the generated power to the motor. The unit estimates the melting of the frozen water in the intercooler has completed after the melting period.

A heat exchanger is configured to perform heat exchange by boiling a liquid by heat transfer from a heat source to the liquid through a heat transfer member. In the heat exchanger, a first heat conduction region and a second heat conduction region are alternately provided in a form of stripes on a surface on a side that contacts the liquid such that the liquid boils via a heat transfer member.

A cathode gas cooling system provided with a heat exchanger having first internal channels into which cathode gas flows and second internal channels to which water discharged from a fuel cell is supplied and cooling cathode gas flowing through the first internal channels by latent heat of vaporization of water flowing through the second internal channels. The first internal channels and second internal channel are are respectively made independent channels inside the heat exchanger so that steam produced inside the second internal channels by heat exchange with cathode gas flowing through the first internal channels does not flow into the first internal channels.
