A sole structure of a shoe includes a rearfoot-side concave-shaped portion including a vertex region in a bottom surface of the sole in a rearfoot region. The vertex region is positioned at a highest position within the bottom surface of the sole in the rearfoot region and configured to be positioned at a position corresponding to a center of a heel of a wearer such that center of pressure of the wearer overlaps with the center of the heel.

A shoe comprises a flexible shell having an internal space and a sole body accommodated in the shell. The shell includes a bottom wall portion and a peripheral wall portion. The bottom wall portion and a portion of the peripheral wall portion adjacent to the bottom wall portion define a lower space which is a space of the internal space in which the sole body is disposed. A portion of the peripheral wall portion located above the portion adjacent to the bottom wall portion forms an upper space of the internal space that is a space in which the wearer's foot is inserted. The bottom wall portion covers a lower surface of the sole body and thus has an external surface configuring a tread of the shoe.

Shoe

A data generating apparatus generates shoe last data for manufacturing a shoe from measured foot shape data. The data generating apparatus includes: an input unit that receives the foot shape data; a processor that computes the shoe last data from the foot shape data received by the input unit; and an output unit that outputs the shoe last data computed by the processor. The input unit further receives selected additional information. The processor specifies a portion of the shoe last data to be corrected, based on the additional information, and calculates an amount of correction of the specified portion based on the additional information.

A last production assisting apparatus comprises a camera, a storage, a processor, and a display. The camera images a plurality of parts constituting a last. The storage stores production information for producing the last. Based on the production information, the processor calculates attachment positions or the like for the plurality of parts imaged by the camera. A shoe sole includes a sole body portion and a plate portion. The sole body portion is located to continuously extend from a front foot portion to a rear foot portion. The plate portion is located to continuously extend from the front foot portion to the rear foot portion, joined to the sole body portion, and formed of a material higher in rigidity than a material forming the sole body portion. The plate portion includes an exposed region and an accommodated region. The exposed region forms a ground contact surface of the shoe sole at least in the front foot portion. The accommodated region is accommodated inside the sole body portion at least in the rear foot portion. In at least a part of the middle foot portion and at least a part of the rear foot portion, the plate portion is inclined upward as it extends rearward.

According to a last, in a forming surface for forming a shoe upper, at least a portion of a specific region corresponding to an upper end portion of a to-be-formed portion of the shoe upper is defined by a plurality of plate-shaped parts included in a plurality of last forming parts. By arranging the plate-shaped parts to be spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of an upper end portion of the shoe upper, a portion of the specific region that is defined by the plate-shaped parts is defined by an end surface of each of the plate-shaped parts. A recessed portion as a mark used for alignment with the last during overlaying of the shoe upper is in the portion of the specific region that is defined by the plate-shaped parts.

Data generating apparatus, shoe manufacturing system and data generating method

A last includes a first part having a first plate-shaped portion and a second part having a second part-side receiving portion having a cutout shape. When the first plate-shaped portion is received in the second part-side receiving portion, the first part and the second part are assembled. The second part includes a second part-side engaging portion having a protruding shape on an inner side surface in a portion defining the second part-side receiving portion, and the first plate-shaped portion has a main surface with a first part-side to-be-engaged portion having a through hole shape or a recessed shape. When the first plate-shaped portion is inserted into the second part-side receiving portion, the first plate-shaped portion is fitted into the second part-side receiving portion, and the first part-side to-be-engaged portion is engaged by the second part-side engaging portion.

There is provided a user-dedicated last that can be easily manufactured without using large-scale equipment. A last for forming a footwear upper configuring an article of footwear comprises a foot length forming member defining a shape of the last at least in the lengthwise direction of the article of footwear, and a plurality of foot width forming members defining a shape of the last at least in the widthwise direction of the article of footwear and assembled to the foot length forming member.

A shoe sole includes a rear bottom surface part and a toe portion. The rear bottom surface part is formed to extend from a rearfoot portion to a midfoot portion and, when the shoe sole is placed on a flat virtual surface, the rear bottom surface part is in contact with the virtual surface. A height of the toe portion from the virtual surface is set to 170% or greater and 250% or less with respect to a thickness dimension in the rear bottom surface part.
