A developing device includes a developer carrier to carry a developer, a conveyance path to circulate the developer and supply the developer to the developer carrier, a discharge path extending from the conveyance path and including a discharge port to discharge a portion of the developer, as excess developer, and a valve body provided between the conveyance path and the discharge port. The valve body includes an inlet side oriented toward the conveyance path and an outlet side disposed opposite the inlet side to allow a passage of the excess developer from the conveyance path through the valve body toward the discharge port, when a pressure applied to the inlet side is greater than a pressure threshold value.

The present invention relates to an alloy for medical use, including Pt, Co, Cr, Ni, and Mo. The alloy includes 10 atom % or more and 30 atom % or less of Pt, 20 atom % or more and 31 atom % or less of Cr, 5 atom % or more and 24 atom % or less of Ni, 4 atom % or more and 8 atom % or less of Mo, the balance Co, and unavoidable impurities, and a ratio of the Ni content (C) to the Pt content (C), C/Cis 1.5 or less. The present invention can be applied to various kinds of devices for medical use, such as catheter, embolic coils, and guide wires, in addition to stents such as flow-diverter stents.

An imaging system includes: a housing including a developing chamber, a developing roller located in the developing chamber to transport a developer and spaced apart from the housing; a conveyance path extending along at least part of a periphery of the developing roller in order to form a flow of air including the developer; and a control member. The developing roller includes a peeling pole at a fixed position with respect to the housing, to discharge the developer. The alloy has an alloy composition inside a polygon (A1-A2-A3-A4-A5-A6) surrounded by straight lines connected at point A1 (Au: 37.9 atom %, Pt: 0.1 atom %, and Pd: 62 atom %), point A2 (Au: 79.9 atom %, Pt: 0.1 atom %, and Pd: 20 atom %), point A3 (Au: 79.9 atom %, Pt: 20 atom %, and Pd: 0.1 atom %), point A4 (Au: 69.9 atom %, Pt: 30 atom %, and Pd: 0.1 atom %), point A5 (Au: 49 atom %, Pt: 30 atom %, and Pd: 21 atom %), and point A6 (Au: 39 atom %, Pt: 40 atom %, and Pd: 21 atom %) in a Au&#x2014;Pt&#x2014;Pd ternary state diagram. The metal structure of the alloy is optimized, and the metal structure is close to a single-phase structure, and has little precipitation of a Au-rich phase and a Pt-rich phase different in composition from a mother phase.

A developing device includes a container having an opening, a developer roller disposed within the container to supply toner to a photosensitive body through the opening, and an air flow passage. The air flow passage receives air from inside of the container and supplies the air, via an end of the container in a longitudinal direction of the developer roller, to an upstream side, in a rotation direction of the developer roller, of a closest position between the developer roller and the photosensitive body. The air flow passage has an outlet that is aligned with a central area in the longitudinal direction of the developer roller.

The immunochromatography kit contains a cyclic oligosaccharide and a nitrite compound by containing at least one of a cyclic oligosaccharide, a nitrite compound, and a mixture thereof in the analyte dilution solution and/or the sample dropping part.

An image forming apparatus includes a developer carrying body to transfer developer to a photosensitive body. The developer carrying body has an outer circumference and grooves spaced apart along the outer circumference. The grooves occupy 27% or more of the outer circumference.
