To control charging of a battery without applying an overload by power feed of a generator based on a state of charge of the battery. A charge control system includes an engine and a motor generator for supplying generated power to two motors of a VTOL rotor and a cruising rotor, a plurality of batteries including two batteries for storing the electrical power generated by the generator and supply the stored electrical power to each of the two motors, a switch for connecting or disconnecting each of the batteries to or from the generator, and a control section for controlling the switch based on a state of charge of each of the batteries to disconnect one battery with a larger charge amount out of the two batteries from the generator and connect the other battery with the smaller charge amount out of the two batteries to the generator.

A control systemincludes: a VTOL rotorand a cruise rotorconfigured to generate a thrust; a power unit that has a power generation deviceconfigured to generate power and supply the power to the rotors, and a batteryconfigured to store power which is supplied from the power generation device, and supply stored power to the rotors; and a control unitconfigured to calculate a charging time of the battery based on a required amount of power storage that should be stored in the battery when the aircraft flies in a predetermined flight condition, and a state of the battery, and determine a charge start time of the battery based on the charging time and a flight time it takes to reach the predetermined flight condition. With this, it is possible to suppress a deterioration.

A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells connected in series. Each of the battery cells has a rectangular thin plate shape, and includes a thin plate-shaped positive electrode tab and a thin plate-shaped negative electrode tab, which are provided on one side of the battery cell. Among the battery cells, the side of one battery cell where the positive electrode tab and the negative electrode tab are provided and the side of another battery cell where the positive electrode tab and the negative electrode tab are provided, are arranged so as to face each other. The positive electrode tab of the one battery cell and the negative electrode tab of the other battery cell are overlapped with each other in a thickness direction of the battery cells and in contact with each other.

Battery module

A hybrid aircraft that flies by using a plurality of rotors (takeoff and landing rotors and cruise rotors) includes a generator, a battery charged with power generated by the generator, a plurality of electric motors that rotate the respective rotors by the power generated by the generator and power supplied from the battery, and a controller that sets a target remaining capacity of the battery according to a flight state of the aircraft and controls charging and discharging of the battery so that the remaining capacity of the battery approaches the target remaining capacity.

In a battery pack, a housing includes an exhaust portion provided on an upper side in a gravity direction with respect to a housing portion that houses a live part. The exhaust portion includes: a storage portion configured to store a liquid; a first communication portion that communicates between an interior of the housing portion and an interior of the exhaust portion; and a second communication portion that communicates between an outside of a housing and an inside of the exhaust portion. When the battery pack is viewed from the upper side in the gravity direction, an opening of the second communication portion on an inner side of the exhaust portion is provided at a position that overlaps the storage portion and that does not overlap an opening of the first communication portion on the inner side of the exhaust portion.

Before power is supplied to a load from a capacitor and a plurality of batteries, a battery for initially supplying power for charging to the capacitor is determined from among the plurality of batteries, based on a result of acquiring the voltage of each battery, and voltage equalization of the plurality of batteries is performed in response to power for charging being supplied to the capacitor from the determined battery.

Battery control apparatus for power supply system

A storage system for a flying object is equipped with a landing portion having a landing surface on which the flying object can land, and a storage main body for storing the flying object that has landed on the landing surface. The storage main body includes opening and closing portions that cover the landing surface. The storage system is further equipped with retaining mechanisms adapted to retain the flying object in a state of having landed on the landing surface from a direction perpendicular to the landing surface.

The bus bar unit includes a magnetic core having a through-hole and covered with an insulating material, U-phase, V-phase and W-phase bus bars of which main body portions are arranged in parallel with each other in a predetermined direction within the through-hole and one side connecting portions provided on one side in an axial direction of the through-hole from the main body portions are bent in a direction crossing the axial direction, and a base member formed of an insulating material and to which the magnetic core is fixed, wherein the one side connecting portions of the bus bars are held while being disposed between the base member and the magnetic core.

A cable structure includes a first cable, a second cable, a communicating portion, and a ventilation-tube connecting portion. The first cable includes a first power line, a first connector, a second connector, and a first tube. The first tube covers the first power line and has a first space. The second cable includes a second power line, a third connector, a fourth connector, and a second tube. The second tube covers the second power line and has a second space. The first space communicates with the second space via the communicating portion. The ventilation-tube connecting portion is provided at the first tube or the second tube. The ventilation-tube connecting portion is connected to a ventilation tube through which the first space and the second space are ventilated.
