Provided is an electrical connection unit disposed in an automobile and performing relay in supplying electrical power from a first power source to a load apparatus. An electrical connection unit includes: a first electrical power path and a second electrical power path connected to a load apparatus; a third electrical power path connected to a first power source; a power source connection part which can be connected to a second power source; a first fuse attachment part which can attach a first fuse connecting the first electrical power path and the third electrical power path and is connected to the first electrical power path and the third electrical power path; and a second fuse attachment part which can attach a second fuse connecting the second electrical power path and the third electrical power path and is connected to the second electrical power path and the third electrical power path.

Electrical connection unit

A wiring member includes a first sheet including a fusion layer, a second sheet, and at least one first wire-like transmission member provided between the first sheet and the second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet are fixed to each other via the fusion layer in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the first wire-like transmission member.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes: a wire-like transmission member; a sheet member including a main surface on which the wire-like transmission member is disposed; and at least one adhesive tape member whose one main surface is an adhesive surface. The at least one adhesive tape member surrounds the wire-like transmission member in a state where the adhesive surface faces toward the wire-like transmission member. The at least one adhesive tape member extends outward from the wire-like transmission member and is adhered to the sheet member with interposition of the adhesive surface.

A wiring member includes: a base member including a holding surface; a wire-like transmission member disposed on a side of the holding surface; and a wire-like member disposed on the side of the holding surface, wherein the wire-like member intersects with the wire-like transmission member at a plurality of positions from a side opposite to the base member, and the wire-like member is fused to the holding surface on both sides of the wire-like transmission member.

On an outer circumferential edge of the closing plate, an elastic fitting portion protruding to the outer side of the inner circumferential edge of the service hole and fitting with the inner circumferential edge projects with a thickness larger than the plate thickness of the closing plate and extends in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential edge. The elastic fitting portion is provided with an inner circumferential edge accommodating recessed groove that opens in the center of a protruding end surface of the elastic fitting portion and extends in the circumferential direction to accommodate the inner circumferential edge of the service hole, and the inner circumferential edge of the service hole is clamped between a pair of elastic clamping pieces that face each other with the inner circumferential edge accommodating recessed groove interposed between the pair of elastic clamping pieces.

Door module and door module fixture

On an outer circumferential edge of a closing plate, an elastic fitting portion protruding to an outer side of an inner circumferential edge of a service hole and fitting with the inner circumferential edge projects with a thickness larger than the plate thickness of the closing plate and extends in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential edge. The elastic fitting portion is provided with an inner circumferential edge accommodating recessed groove that opens in the center of a protruding end surface of the elastic fitting portion and extends in the circumferential direction to accommodate the inner circumferential edge of the service hole, and the inner circumferential edge of the service hole is clamped between a pair of elastic clamping pieces that face each other with the inner circumferential edge accommodating recessed groove interposed between the pair of elastic clamping pieces.

A wiring member includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members each including a transmission wire body and a coat covering the transmission wire body and a flattening member keeping the plurality of wire-like transmission members in a flat state. For example, the flattening member is considered to include a first flattening member which is a member formed separately from the plurality of wire-like transmission members.

A wire harness includes: a first wiring member including a plurality of first linear transmission members and at least one first intermediate connector, some of the plurality of first linear transmission members being connected to the first intermediate connector; and a second wiring member including at least one second linear transmission member and a second intermediate connector to which the at least one second linear transmission member is connected. The first intermediate connector and the second intermediate connector are connected to each other, thus at least one part member of plurality of first linear transmission members which are connected to the first intermediate connector are connected to at least one second linear transmission member.

Wire harness and method of manufacturing wire harness

An attachment structure of a wiring member includes a metal member provided in a vehicle and a wiring member flatly formed to be disposed to have surface contact with the metal member and connecting an electrical component mounted to the vehicle. For example, the wiring member includes a plurality of electrical wires and a sheet material with one main surface having surface contact with the metal member and the other main surface on which the plurality of electrical wires are provided.

Attachment structure of wiring member

A stacked wiring member includes a plurality of stacked flat wiring members. Each of the plurality of flat wiring members includes a plurality of wire-like transmission members and a base member keeping the plurality of wire-like transmission members in a parallel state in at least a part of the plurality of wire-like transmission members in an extension direction thereof. Wire-like transmission members having different thicknesses in the plurality of wire-like transmission members are disposed to be located together in a stacked direction of the plurality of flat wiring members.

Provided is a connector including at least one plate-like housing body, a plurality of groove-like terminal housing chambers each opened in an upper surface of the housing body and parallelly arranged, a plurality of connection terminals provided at ends of a plurality of electrical wirings and housed and disposed in the terminal housing chambers, respectively, and a cover part overlapping with the upper surface of the housing body to cover the terminal housing chambers, wherein an elastic locking claw, which allows each of the connection terminals to be inserted into each of the terminal housing chambers by elastic deformation and is locked to each of the connection terminals to prevent each of the connection terminals from coming out of each of the terminal housing chambers by elastic restoring, is provided to protrude from a bottom surface of each of the terminal housing chambers.
