A gas measurement adapter includes a flow tube portion configured to allow gas to pass through the flow tube portion and a window portion configured to allow measurement light for measuring a component of the gas passing through the flow tube portion to pass through the window portion. The adapter is prepared by using an adapter forming material containing a cycloolefin-based resin as a main component.

Gas measurement adapter

To provide a mask capable of reducing a load of a patient while suppressing lowering of accuracy at which a subject's exhaled air is measured. A mask to be put on a subject's face includes a mask body portion demarcating an internal space in a state of covering part of the subject's face and a cup-shaped nasal cup covering a subject's nose in a state of being arranged inside the internal space, in which the nasal cup includes a first wall portion covering the subject's nose, a second wall portion arranged under the subject's nostrils, and an exhaled air discharge portion guiding an exhaled air from the subject's nose to an exhaled air sensor, and at least part of the exhaled air from the subject's nose is guided toward the exhaled air discharge portion by the second guide portion in a state where the nasal cup covers the subject's nose.

Mask

A mask size gauge for selecting a size of a mask in accordance with a distance in a height direction between an upper reference part in an upper portion of a face of a wearer, and a lower reference part in a lower portion, includes: a reference position indicating portion indicating that the reference position indicating portion is to be placed at a height position of the upper reference part on an outer lateral side of an eye of the wearer; and a size indicating portion that is located at a position which is closer to a middle of the face than the reference position indicating portion, and that indicates the size of the mask according to a height position of the lower reference part.

Mask size gauge

A mask includes: a mask body configured to define a space that covers at least one of a nose and a mouth of a subject; and a cushion member extending along a peripheral edge portion of the mask body. The cushion member includes: a first region that includes a portion that contacts a face of the subject when fitted; and a second region positioned between the first region and the mask body. A surface of the first region has a higher non-adhesive property than a surface of the second region, and the second region has transparency that allows the space to be seen through.

A steel sheet for cans which exhibits excellent weldability; and a production method therefor include a steel sheet for cans with the surface of a steel sheet in order from the steel sheet side, a chromium metal layer and a hydrous chromium oxide layer. The deposited amount of the chromium metal layer is 65-200 mg/m. The deposited amount of the hydrous chromium oxide layer in terms of chromium is 3-30 mg/m. The chromium metal layer includes: a base part having a thickness of 7.0 nm or higher; and granular protrusions which are on the base part, have a maximum grain size of 100 nm or lower, and have a number density per unit area of at least 200 per &#x3bc;m.

Steel sheet for cans, and production method therefor

A steel sheet for cans which exhibits excellent weldability; and a production method therefore include the surface of a steel sheet in order from the steel sheet side, a chromium metal layer and a hydrous chromium oxide layer. The deposited amount of the chromium metal layer is 50-200 mg/m. The deposited amount of the hydrous chromium oxide layer in terms of chromium is 3-30 mg/m. The chromium metal layer includes: a base part having a thickness of 7.0 nm or higher; and granular protrusions which are on the base part, have a maximum grain size of 200 nm or lower, and have a number density per unit area of at least 30 per &#x3bc;m.

A gas measurement adapter includes a flow tube portion configured to allow gas to pass through the flow tube portion, and a window portion configured to allow measurement light for measuring a component of the gas passing through the flow tube portion to pass through the window portion. The window portion is thinner than the flow tube portion and is molded integrally with the flow tube portion. The window portion comprises an effective portion configured to allow the measurement light to pass through the effective portion and an outer peripheral portion provided on an outer periphery of the effective portion. An inner surface of the window portion is configured such that an outer perimeter of the effective portion is contiguously coplanar with the outer peripheral portion.

A steel sheet for cans has, on the surface thereof, in order from the steel sheet side, a chromium metal layer and a hydrous chromium oxide layer. The chromium metal layer is deposited in an amount of 50-200 mg/m, and the hydrous chromium oxide layer is deposited in an amount of 3-15 mg/min terms of chromium. The chromium metal layer includes: a flat chromium metal layer that has a thickness of at least 7 nm; and a granular chromium metal layer that includes granular protrusions that are formed on the surface of the flat chromium metal layer. The maximum grain size of the granular protrusions is 150 nm or smaller. The number density of the granular protrusions per unit area is 10/&#x3bc;mor higher.

A steel sheet for cans has, on the surface thereof, in order from the steel sheet side, a chromium metal layer and a hydrous chromium oxide layer. The chromium metal layer is deposited in an amount of 65-200 mg/m, and the hydrous chromium oxide layer is deposited in an amount of 3-15 mg/min terms of chromium. The chromium metal layer includes: a flat chromium metal layer that has a thickness of at least 7 nm; and a granular chromium metal layer that includes granular protrusions that are formed on the surface of the flat chromium metal layer. The maximum grain size of the granular protrusions is 100 nm or smaller. The number density of the granular protrusions per unit area is 10/&#x3bc;mor higher.
