Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques that may for configuration of parameters for monitoring for a combination downlink control information (DCI) that schedules data and/or reference signal transmissions in multiple cells. An example method generally includes determining, a blind decode (BD) limit and a control channel element (CCE) limit based on a scaling factor less than one, determining physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) parameters based on the BD limit and the CCE limit for monitoring for a combination downlink control information (DCI) that schedules at least one of data or reference signal (RS) transmissions in multiple cells, and monitoring for the combination DCI based on the determined PDCCH parameters.

The method also includes extracting features from the sensor data, with the local machine learning model, while anonymizing the sensor data. Aspects are provided which enhance receiver performance of PDCCH by allowing a base station to associate a configured PDSCH CSI-RS with a PDCCH for channel estimation and reception by a UE. A UE receives a reference signal associated with a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from a base station, and uses the reference signal to receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and/or measure the PDCCH and feedback a corresponding channel measurement for the PDCCH. A base station configures a reference signal associated with a PDSCH for transmission of a PDCCH and/or reception of a corresponding channel measurement for the PDCCH as feedback from the UE, and transmits the reference signal to the UE.

An exemplary method generally includes receiving a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource configuration from at least one base station (BS) for one or more transmission hypotheses, wherein the CSI-RS resource configuration includes CSI-RS resources corresponding to at least a first downlink (DL) demodulation reference signal (DMRS)-port-group and a second DL DMRS-port-group, performing one or more CSI-RS measurements for the one or more transmission hypotheses based, at least in part on the CSI-RS resource configuration, and determining, for each of the one or more transmission hypotheses, a preferred reception beam for communicating with the at least one BS based, at least in part, on the one or more CSI-RS measurements.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may transmit a slot format indicator (SFI) to a first user equipment (UE) via downlink control information (DCI) and the first UE may use the SFI to determine time-domain resources over which the first UE may measure cross link interference (CLI) arising from a transmission from a second UE. The first UE may use the SFI as an index into a slot format combination table, which may also be used for uplink and downlink scheduling or may be exclusively used for determining the time-domain resources for CLI measurement. The first UE may determine a set of slot formats from a slot format table based on a slot format combination corresponding to the SFI index and may determine over which symbols the first UE may measure CLI based on the set of slot formats.

In some cases, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a report indicating a capability of the UE to support symbol level quantization, slot level quantization, or both. The UE may identify that the UE is to utilize the slot level quantization. For instance, the UE may receive control signaling indicating that the UE is to utilize slot level quantization and may perform the identifying based on receiving the control signaling. Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that improve resource configuration for crosslink interference (CLI) measurement in a wireless communications system. For example, a victim user equipment (UE), may be configured to receive and measure the CLI from one or more aggressors. Specifically, the victim UE may be configured to use a dedicated tracking loop for the CLI measurements to track a dedicated channel of the CLI. Additionally or alternatively, the victim UE may associate CLI with an aggressor identity allowing the CLI resources from the same aggressor to be measured jointly. In another example, an aggressor UE may transmit additional reference signals for a victim UE to measure prior to sounding reference signals. The victim UE may report the CLI measurements to its serving base station.
