A machine learning apparatus totals up all of the unit work operations included in the plurality of different work processes and judges if the plurality of unit work operations of the same type are similar to each other. The machine learning apparatus defines a similar first unit work operation and second unit work operation as a set of similar work operations, uses a common machine learning algorithm so as to generate a similar work learning model, and performs learning relating to a first work process including the first unit work operation and a second work process including the second unit work operation based on the similar work learning model.

A display system includes a state acquisition section which acquires state data, a label acquisition section which acquires label data representing whether or not an operation performed when the state data is acquired is abnormal, a threshold calculation section which calculates, based on the state data and the label data, a threshold for determining whether or not an operation to be performed is likely to become abnormal, a display control section which controls display timing of a normal operation based on the threshold, and a display unit configured to display the normal operation according to the display timing.

A control device which predicts the timing of disconnection of a power supply is provided with a machine learning device configured to learn the disconnection timing of the power supply. The machine learning device is provided with a state observation unit configured to observe an operation content for the control device for each user as one of state variables representative of a present state of an environment, a determination data acquisition unit configured to acquire determination data which indicates that power disconnection of the control device is commanded by the user, and a learning unit configured to learn the operation content for each user and a command for the power disconnection in association with each other by using the state variable and the determination data.

A teach pendant includes an input unit and allowing teaching of operation of a robot by an input to the input unit, the teach pendant further includes a measurement reference surface which comes into surface contact with a measured surface of the robot, a tilt sensor whose position is fixed with respect to the measurement reference surface, and an output means which outputs a detection value of the tilt sensor to a control device of the robot in a state where the measurement reference surface is in surface contact with the measured surface and when a predetermined input operation is performed on the input unit or a contact detection sensor for detecting surface contact between the measurement reference surface and the measured surface detects the surface contact.

A machine learning device, which learns shocks to a teaching device, includes a state observation unit which observes data based on an inclination of the teaching device or a present position of the teaching device; a label obtaining unit which obtains a label based on a shock received by the teaching device; and a learning unit which generates a learning model based on an output of the state observation unit and an output of the label obtaining unit.
