A ground-side coil unit is provided with: a magnetic material plate disposed adjacent to a power transmission coil that transmits electric power to a power reception coil in a wireless manner; and a first filter coil disposed facing the power transmission coil with the magnetic material plate interposed therebetween. The first filter coil is disposed in a position where a magnetic flux generated by the first filter coil cancels out a magnetic flux generated by the power transmission coil in the magnetic material plate.

Ground-side coil unit

A non-contact power feeding apparatus transmits, by at least magnetic coupling, an electric power in a non-contact manner to a power reception coil from a power transmission coil. The transmission coil is electrically connected to an alternating-current power source. The non-contact power feeding apparatus outputs an electric power to a load electrically connected to the power reception coil. The non-contact power feeding apparatus includes a coupling state estimator configured to estimate a coupling state between the power transmission coil and the power reception coil. The non-contact power feeding apparatus also includes an available output power calculator configured to calculate an available output power that can be output to the load, based on a limit value of a circuit element of a power feeding circuit including the power transmission coil and the power reception coil and on the coupling state.

Non-contact power feeding apparatus and non-contact power feeding method

There are provided with: a secondary windingto which an electric power is supplied in a non-contact manner from a primary windingby an alternating-current power source; a first circuit sectionconnected in parallel to the secondary winding; and a second circuit sectionconnected in series to a parallel circuit of the secondary windingand the first circuit section. Non-contact power feeding apparatus

A non-contact power supply device comprises: a primary winding (); and a secondary winding () to which an electric power is supplied from an alternating current power supply via the primary winding, wherein an impedance characteristic of Zwith respect to a frequency is such that a minimal value is provided in the proximity of a frequency of a fundamental wave component of the alternating current power supply and another impedance characteristic of Zwith respect to the frequency is such that the frequency of the fundamental wave component is provided between the frequency which is nearest to the frequency of the fundamental wave component and at which a maximal value is provided and the frequency which is nearest to the frequency of the fundamental wave component and at which the minimal value is provided.

Non-contact power supply device

In an electric force transmission device employing two motor generators and a differential device having at least three rotating members and having two degrees of freedom, the first rotating member is coupled to the first motor generator, the second rotating member is coupled to the second motor generator, and the third rotating member is coupled to an output shaft and laid out to be located between the first and the second rotating members on an aligmnent chart. Also, a controller is configured to control the motor generators such that, when the output shaft is driven from its stopped state, before the driving is started, the first and second motor generators are rotated oppositely to each other, while keeping a rotational speed of the output shaft at the stopped state.

Electric force transmission device

A hybrid transmission for a four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle. A simple planetary gearset as a front planetary gearset and a double-pinion planetary gearset as a rear planetary gearset are mounted in a rear section of a transmission housing. A pair of motor/generators are mounted in a front section of the transmission housing nearer to an engine. A first planet-pinion carrier is connected to a second planet-pinion carrier, and to an engine input shaft via an engine clutch. A tubular first ring gear is connected to a first output shaft for driving a front axle. A second ring gear is connected to a second output shaft for driving a rear axle. The second output shaft extends through a bore of the first output shaft. A first sun gear is connected to the first motor/generator. A second sun gear is connected to the second motor/generator.

Hybrid transmission

An axial gap motor is described which comprises a rotor shaft rotatable about its axis in case. A rotor is fixed to the rotor shaft to rotate therewith. The rotor includes a plurality of magnets. A stator is disposed about the rotor shaft at a position to coaxially face the rotor. The stator includes a plurality of coils. The magnets of the rotor have each opposed pole faces that extend in a direction other than a direction that is perpendicular to the axis of the rotor shaft.

Axial gap motor

A hybrid transmission includes first and second differential devices each including first, second and third rotating elements. An input element clutch is arranged to selectively connect the first rotating element of the first differential device and the first rotating element of the second differential device. An input member is arranged to connect an engine with the first rotating element of the second differential device. A first output member is connected with one of the first rotating elements of the first and second differential devices. A second output member is connected the second rotating element of the second differential device. A first motor/generator is connected with the second rotating element of the first differential device. A second motor/generator is connected with the third rotating element of the first differential device. One of a connecting state, a disconnect state, a reverse enable state and a unitary rotatable state is selectively selected by a select device.

First and second stators are arranged on mutually spaced positions of an imaginary common axis, and first and second rotors are coaxially and rotatably arranged on mutually spaced positions of the imaginary common axis between the first and second stators.

Axial gap electric motor

In a hybrid transmission and its assembling method, a differential unit is constituted by a single pinion planetary gear set and a double pinion planetary gear set holding a carrier in common to the single planetary gear set and having five rotary members from among which, when revolution states of two rotary members are determined, those of the other rotary members are determined, an input end from a prime mover is coupled to a ring gear of the double pinion planetary gear set, an output end to a drive system that is coupled to the common carrier, a first motor/generator that is coupled to a sun gear of the double pinion planetary gear set, a second motor/generator that is coupled to a sun gear of the single pinion planetary gear set, and a brake enabled to brake a ring gear of the single pinion planetary gear set.

Hybrid transmission and its assembling method

In control apparatus and method for taking failure countermeasure for a hybrid vehicular drive system, on a lever diagram of a planetary gear mechanism, a revolution speed order is a first motor/generator, an engine, the output member, and a second motor/generator, high-brake and low-brake are arranged at one and the other ends of the lever diagram, respectively, with the output member as an intermediate position on the lever diagram, an output abnormality of each of the engine, the first motor/generator, and the second motor/generator which are drive sources is detected, and, with one of the first and second clutching sections clutched, a vehicular run using at least one of the drive sources whose output is detected to be normal is enabled when the drive source output abnormality detecting section detects that the output abnormalities in any one or two of the drive sources occur.

Control apparatus and method for taking failure countermeasure for hybrid vehicular drive system

A hybrid transmission for a hybrid vehicle is comprised of a two-degree-of-freedom differential mechanism and a brake. The differential mechanism includes at least five rotating members wherein four of the rotating members are connected to an input from a main power source, an output to a driveline, first and second mover/generators, respectively. The brake is connected to one of the rotating members and is capable of being put in an engaged state to brake the one of the rotating members. The hybrid transmission is set so that an absolute value of a revolution speed of the rotating member connected to the output is greater than an absolute value of a revolution speed of the rotating member connected to the input when the brake is put in the engaged state.

A shift control device includes a controller and a differential mechanism including four rotating elements. Each of the elements is connected to an engine, two motor/generators and an output. The controller is programmed to calculate a target driving power; make a judgment as to whether the target driving power is less than or equal to a driving power wherein the engine is driven under optimum fuel efficiency; when the judgment shows that the target driving power is larger than the driving power, calculate an engine's speed and torque wherein the target driving power is realized such that the engine is driven for maximum load; and control the engine under the engine's speed and torque.

Shift control device for hybrid vehicle

In a hybrid automatic transmission of a hybrid electric vehicle equipped with a differential device having two-degree-of-freedom and at least four rotating members respectively connected to a prime mover as an input element, a drive train as an output element, and first and second motor-generators. A specified relationship among inertias of rotating systems relating to the prime mover, output element, and first and second motor-generators, a first lever ratio of a distance between an input element and the first motor-generator to a distance between the input and output elements, and a second lever ratio of a distance between the output element and the second motor-generator to the distance between the input and output elements is determined, so that a center of gravity of a lever on an alignment chart of the hybrid transmission is laid out on the output element or between the output element and the second motor-generator.
