A catheter holder includes an attachment section configured to be attachable to a holder tube that accommodates at least a portion of a sheath of an image diagnosis catheter in a wound state, a support section extending from the attachment section in a direction away from the wound holder tube, and a fixing section provided on a second end side of the support section, which is opposite to a first end side of the support section on which the attachment section is provided, and configured to fix a unit connector and a hub of the image diagnosis catheter to hold the outer tube, which is exposed from an opening portion of the holder tube, in a linear shape to be fixed in position.

Medical device

A catheter is disclosed with a priming hole for exhaust at a distal portion of the catheter, the priming hole being used when filling with a priming solution is performed, and movably and rotatably accommodates an imaging core. The catheter includes a first connector that is provided at a rear end portion of the catheter and is supported by a fixed connector portion of a motor drive unit included in an imaging apparatus for diagnosis and a second connector that is supported by a movable connector portion of the motor drive unit. The catheter includes a reservoir, which is provided in the first connector and has a volume which decreases depending on a pull-out length of the second connector from the first connector, and a supply route, through which a priming solution injected from a priming injection port is supplied to the reservoir.

Catheter and imaging apparatus for diagnosis

A catheter holding tool for holding a catheter. The catheter holding tool includes an accommodation member. The accommodation member has a first accommodation portion which accommodates a first tubular portion and/or a second tubular portion of the catheter, a second accommodation portion which accommodates a second holding target portion of the catheter, and a holding portion which holds the second holding target portion when the second holding target portion is accommodated in the second accommodation portion. The catheter holding tool includes a fixing tool to fix the position of the first holding target portion. The fixing and unfixing of the position of the first holding target portion is independent of the holding portion of the accommodation member holding the second holding target portion of the catheter.

Catheter

A human body model is disclosed that can make an image acquired by a medical device similar to an image of a body lumen acquired during surgery. The human body model includes a main body portion that includes a lumen passing through a portion of the main body portion between a first surface and a second surface disposed on a side opposite to the first surface, and a tubular body that is provided in at least a part of the lumen and is made of another material different from the material of the main body portion. An acoustic impedance of the material of the tubular body being equal to an acoustic impedance of a body lumen, and a hardness of the material of the main body portion being higher than a hardness of the material of the tubular body.

Human body model

A catheter includes a first structure having an elongated catheter body with at least one lumen and a first connection portion. The catheter includes a second structure that has a second connection portion which is connectable to the distal side of the first connection portion and a third structure that has an inner tube in which an elongated imaging core having an image capturing unit for capturing an image is positionable and a third connection portion which is connectable to the proximal side of the first connection portion. The catheter includes a first prevention portion to prevent the first connection portion from connecting to the third connection portion when the first and second connection portions are connected and a second prevention portion to prevent the first connection portion from connecting to the second connection portion when the first and third connection portions are connected.

A diagnostic imaging catheter is disclosed which includes a drive shaft, of which a distal portion is provided with a signal transmitting and receiving unit, and which can be rotated; a sheath including a lumen into which the drive shaft is inserted such that the drive shaft can be moved forward and backward; a communicating hole which is provided in a distal portion of the sheath, and through which the inside and the outside of the sheath communicate with each other; and a valve body capable of opening and closing the communicating hole. The valve body is configured to be capable of switching between a closed state in which the communicating hole is covered and blocked with the valve body and an open state which the valve body enters by being moved to the outside of the sheath from the closed state, and in which the communicating hole is open.

A medical tube includes a connection portion that is removably attached to an end of a catheter including a guide wire lumen through which a guide wire is inserted and a tube main body that includes a lumen through which the guide wire is inserted. The lumen communicates with the guide wire lumen while being attached to the end of the catheter through the connection portion.
