A stud locking tool is equipped with a first clip and a second clip for sandwiching a mounting member. The mounting member is mounted in a member to be mounted by locking the stud. The first clip has a hollow inner cylindrical portion inserted into a mounting hole of the mounting member. A first flange is located at one end of the inner cylinder portion, and a locking claw is formed inside the inner cylindrical portion and engages with a thread of the stud. The second clip has a hollow outer cylinder portion sized to surround the inner cylinder portion of the first clip. A second flange is located at one end of the outer cylinder portion. An engagement claw extends from the outer cylinder portion and engages the first clip. An inclined surface adjacent to the outer cylinder portion includes a stud guiding surface.

Stud locking tool

A stud locking device, which in an assembled condition can hold a target member to a support member, the target member defining a through hole, and the support member including an axially projecting stud; the stud locking device comprising: a first clip including an inner cylindrical portion with a first flange at a target end and defining a central bore for receiving the stud, and insertable at a base end through the mounting hole; and a second clip including: a outer cylindrical portion capable of receiving coaxially the first cylindrical portion; and a second flange provided at a target end of the outer cylindrical portion; and wherein a tapered bore is defined by and coaxial with the first flange and first cylindrical portion, the tapered bore open in the upper surface of the flange, narrowing with increasing axial distance from the open end, and connected to the central bore.

Stud locking device

A fixture for fastening an attaching member to a mounting member includes a pin and a bushing, the bushing including a flange and a leg part. The leg part defines shaft-part receiving openings for receiving shaft parts of the pin, the shaft-part receiving openings being enclosed by an outer wall having a rectangular cross section. A pair of opposing elastic engagement claws are disposed at one pair of opposing outer wall portions of the outer wall. A leg center column is disposed between the shaft-part receiving openings. The leg center column connects the one pair of opposing outer wall portions with another pair of outer wall portions that are perpendicular to the one pair of outer wall portions.

Fixture for fastening

A plurality of pin legs descends from a pin flange, pin leg through holes and pin acceptance cavities are formed in a bushing flange and bushing leg, leg spreaders are formed in the tip ends of the bushing leg, first locks are formed in the tip ends of the pin legs, for latching on permanent fastening projections of the leg spreaders so as to maintain the pin legs that have been diametrically spread by the leg spreaders in a permanently coupled condition, and second locks are formed at positions different from those of the first locks, for latching on temporary fastening projections in the bushing leg, whereupon the pin leg through holes restrain the diametrical spreading of the pin legs in the radial direction so that the tip ends of the pin legs can be inserted into the attachment holes of the members being attached to.
