A rotating electric machine includes a rotor, and a stator that has a stator core and a stator winding. The stator core has a plurality of slots. The stator winding is wound around the stator core as a plurality of electrical conductors is aligned in the radial direction in the slots. The stator has an insulating sheet member that is bent in a rectangular cylindrical shape, and is intervened between the electrical conductor and an inner wall surface of the slot. A length of a bend line formed extending in the axial direction on the insulating sheet member from a reference position in a central section of the insulating sheet member in the axial direction to a tip in the axial direction is configured shorter than a length from the reference position to an end in the axial direction of the sheet member.

Rotary electric machine

The electric rotating machine has the structure in which, for each one of the slots formed in its stator core, each of the innermost and outermost electrical conductors housed in the slot includes a R-chamfered portion formed in a bent portion thereof projecting outside from the slot and bent along a circumferential direction of the stator core. The R-chamfered portion is located at a radially inner or outer corner of the bent portion at which a side surface of the bent portion on the side being circumferentially bent intersects with a side surface of the bent portion on the radially inner or outer side. The R-chamfered portion is formed of a curved surface having a curvature radius larger than a curvature radius of the other three corners of the bent portion.

Electric rotating machine

A stator includes a ring-shaped stator core and a stator winding. The stator core has a plurality of slots arranged in a circumferential direction. The stator winding has a plurality of phase windings. Each phase winding is composed of a plurality of segment conductorsdisposed such as to be inserted into the slots and connected in series. The segment conductor is divided into two. The phase winding is configured by two divided phase windings connected to each other in parallel. The divided phase windings are respectively configured by a plurality of segment conductors respectively connected in series such that the two divided segment conductors are in parallel with each other.

Stator for rotary electrical machine

A rotor includes a rotor core comprised of magnetic steel sheets laminated in the axial direction and a pair of end plates that are respectively provided on the axial end faces of the rotor core so as to together sandwich the rotor core in the axial direction. The rotor is rotatably disposed in an electric rotating machine with a circumferential surface of the rotor core facing a stator. At least one of the end plates is configured to have through-holes, each of which is formed so as to axially penetrate the end plate, and a pressing portion that is radially positioned on the stator side of the through-holes. The pressing portion abuts a corresponding one of the axial end faces of the rotor core and exerts an axial load on the corresponding axial end face of the rotor core by an elastic force of the end plate.

Rotor for electric rotating machine and method of manufacturing the same

A rotor includes a rotor core comprised of steel sheets that are laminated in the axial direction of the rotor core and a rotating component configured to rotate together with the rotor core. Each of the steel sheets has a positioning portion for circumferentially positioning the steel sheet with respect to the rotating component and is formed of a rolled steel material. For each of the steel sheets, the direction of rolling of the steel sheet is circumferentially offset from both imaginary lines X and Y by predetermined angles. Each of the steel sheets is shaped so that the circumferential position of the positioning portion thereof remains unchanged when the steel sheet is front-back inverted about the imaginary line X. When viewed along the axial direction, at least one of the steel sheets is front-back inverted with respect to and thus forms a mirror image of the other steel sheets.

A switched reluctance motor has a rotor and a stator. The stator has first and second stator magnetic pole groups sequentially placed in an axial direction of the rotor. First and second stator magnetic poles in each group are alternately arranged on a same circumference. The first stator magnetic poles are placed every electrical angleand reversely magnetized to each other. The second stator magnetic poles are placed every electrical angle&#x3c0; and reversely magnetized to each other. The first magnetic pole is apart from the second magnetic pole by electrical angle &#x3c0;. Each stator magnetic pole in the first stator magnetic pole group is apart from that in the second magnetic pole group by electrical angle &#x3c0;/2 in the circumferential direction.
