A board unit including: a circuit assembly including a circuit board and a bus bar disposed on one side of the circuit board; a frame-like case that forms a housing space for housing the circuit board, and the bus bar includes: a main body to which the circuit board is joined; a plurality of facing portions that protrude from opposite sides of the main body, and that face a surface of the frame-like case, the facing portions and the frame-like case include a locking structure for interlocking the facing portions and the frame-like case with each other to hold the circuit assembly at the predetermined position in the frame-like case.

Board unit

A board unit includes a circuit board, a case for accommodating the circuit board and a bus bar electrically connected to the circuit board. A power supply terminal connects a lead-out portion of the bus bar and a connection terminal of an electrical wire. A cover covers the power supply terminal, and has a side wall overlapping the outer side of a side surface of a peripheral wall portion of the case. A stepped surface against which a lower end surface of the side wall of the cover abuts is formed in the side surface of the peripheral wall portion of the case. An engagement protruding portion is provided in the peripheral wall portion and the side wall of the cover. An engagement recessed portion engages the engagement protruding portion. A tool-insertion recessed portion releases the engagement protruding portion from the engagement recessed portion.

A circuit assembly is provided. The circuit assembly includes: a first bus bar and a second bus bar that are part of a power circuit; and a control board to which a control circuit configured to control current flow in the power circuit is mounted, the circuit assembly including: a semiconductor switching element including a drain terminal and a source terminal that are connected to the first bus bar and the second bus bar, respectively, and a gate terminal configured to receive input of a control signal from the control circuit configured to control current flow in the power circuit; and a third bus bar configured to electrically connect the gate terminal and the control board.

Circuit assembly

A conductor is placed on a first placement portion of a heat dissipation member with an insulation member interposed therebetween. An FET is electrically connected to the conductor. When current flows between the drain and the source of the FET, the FET generates heat. A second placement portion of a circuit board is placed on the conductor. The conductor and the insulation member are sandwiched between the first placement portion and the second placement portion. In the heat dissipation member, a first extension portion extends from the first placement portion, and in the circuit board, a second extension portion extends from the second placement portion. The first extension portion is located opposite to and is spaced apart from the second extension portion, and a microcomputer is placed on an upper surface of the second extension portion. The microcomputer outputs a control signal for turning the FET ON or OFF.

Circuit device

An electrical junction box includes an electrical junction box main body having a mount portion and a separate attachment body removably attached to the mount portion, a pair of connectors are respectively provided on opposing surfaces of the mount portion and the attachment body are connected to each other, and a vibration suppressing member is between the opposing surfaces, the vibration suppressing member suppressing vibration of the attachment body by exerting a frictional force on the opposing surfaces.

An electrical junction box () has a main body-side connector () provided in a box body (). An attachment body-side connector () is provided in an attachment body () that is separate from the box body () and is connected to the main body-side connector () by rotating the attachment body () on a rotating portion () provided at an end of the attachment body (). The rotating portion () is supported by a support () on a side of the box body () opposite to the main body-side connector (), and a positioning portion directly positions the main body-side connector () with respect to the upper case ().

Electrical junction box

An electrical junction box has a fuse module () with a plurality of fuse attachment portions () open into a first side face () and arranged side by side in a plurality of tiers that are placed one above another. A plurality of connector attachment portions () and () in which respective input terminals () and () of the fuse module () are disposed are provided so as to open into a second side face () that is perpendicular to the first side face (), and are disposed in mutually shifted positions in a direction in which the tiers of the fuse attachment portions () are placed one above another.

An electrical junction box has fuse attachment portions arranged side by side and open to a lateral side of a box body. Recesses () are formed at opposite side edges of an L-shaped bend () of each of connecting terminals (-), and in a terminal support block () in which a plurality of terminal insertion holes () to () are formed and support pins () that lock the connecting terminals () to () are inserted, temporal retaining portions () are formed in respective opening ends () of the terminal insertion holes (-) on a terminal insertion side, the temporal retaining portions () temporarily positioning the connecting terminals () to () within the respective terminal insertion holes (-) by the recesses () of the connecting terminals () to () being fit into the temporal retaining portions ().

An electrical junction box is provided which has a novel structure that enables connectors to be stably connected even when an L-shaped connecting terminal is used as a connecting terminal of a lateral connection type connector. An upward extending portion () extending upright from an internal circuit () of a connecting terminal () is sandwiched by a housing () of a lateral connection type connector () and a terminal support (), a first lateral support rib () is provided on the terminal support (), a second lateral support rib () is provided on the housing (), and a connecting portion () of the connecting terminal () is sandwiched by the pair of lateral support ribs () and () from both sides in the width direction.
