The present invention relates to a control device and a control method, a power generation device and a power generating method, a power storage device and a power storing method, and a power control system that are capable of using generated electric power with higher efficiency. A controller () acquires information relating to a power storage state and the like from each power storage device () and determines a power transmission source and a power transmission destination of electric power generated by a power generation device (), for example, as denoted by white arrows based on the information. The controller () supplies a power transmission instruction including information of the power transmission destination to the power generation device () as the power transmission source and supplies a power reception instruction including information of the power transmission source to the power storage device () as the power transmission destination. The power generation device () and the power storage device () perform power transmission and power reception based on the instructions. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a power generation device.

A fuel cartridge with which liquid leakage through an air induction hole from a fuel tank is able to be prevented and safety is able to be improved is provided. Switching drive for opening and closing an air induction holeis performed by a valvecapable of controlling the switching drive according to a control signal. Thereby, air introduction to a fuel tankcontaining a fuel is able to be controlled. Thus, for example, at the time of high temperature or fuel disorder, by closing the air induction holeby the valve, fuel leakage from the fuel tank through the air induction hole of an existing check valve is able to be prevented, and safety is able to be improved.
