A differential signal transmission cable includes: an insulating layer that extends along a longitudinal direction of the differential signal transmission cable; a pair of signal lines that extends along the longitudinal direction of the differential signal transmission cable and is buried in the insulating layer; and a shield that exists around an outer peripheral surface of the insulating layer.

Differential signal transmission cable

A differential signal transmission cable includes an insulation layer extending in a longitudinal direction of the differential signal transmission cable, a pair of signal lines extending in the longitudinal direction and buried inside the insulation layer, an intermediate layer covering an outer circumferential surface of the insulation layer, a shield, and catalyst particles. The shield includes an electroless plating layer covering an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate layer. The catalyst particles are dispersed between the intermediate layer and the electroless plating layer.

A vehicle cable capable of transmitting a signal of 4 GHz or higher includes a two-core cable, a general shield layer that has a braided structure and is disposed on an outer periphery of the two-core cable, and an outer sheath disposed on an outer periphery of the general shield layer. The two-core cable includes two conductors that are a pair of stranded wires arranged in parallel to each other, an insulation layer configured to bundle and cover the two conductors, and a first shield layer including a first metal foil that is disposed on an outer periphery of the insulation layer.

Vehicle cable

A shielded twisted pair cable includes a twisted pair wire including two insulated wires that are twisted together, and a shield configured to cover the twisted pair wire. Each of the two insulated wires includes a conductor, and an insulator covering the conductor. The shield includes a first shield, a second shield, and a third shield in this order from a position closest to the twisted pair wire. The first shield includes a first resin tape with a metal foil, spirally wound around the twisted pair wire, the second shield includes a braided conductor, and the third shield includes a second resin tape with a metal foil. The metal foil of the first resin tape with the metal foil makes contact with the braided conductor, and the braided conductor makes contact with the metal foil of the second resin tape with the metal foil.

Shielded twisted pair cable

A two-core flat cable includes a pair of metal wires, an insulating covering that bundles and covers the pair of metal wires along a longitudinal direction thereof, an electrically conductive shield that covers an entire perimeter surface of the covering, and an insulating sheath that covers the shield, wherein the shield is comprised of a metal coating laver, and the sheath is comprised of a lamination sheet of an insulating resin.

Two core flat cable

A shielded cable includes a first insulated wire including a first central conductor, and a first insulating layer provided around the first central conductor, a second insulated wire including a second central conductor, and a second insulating layer provided around the second central conductor, the second insulated wire being disposed parallel to the first insulated wire, a third insulating layer provided around the first insulated wire and the second insulated wire, a shielding layer provided around the third insulating layer, a drain wire in contact with the shielding layer, and a fourth insulating layer provided around the shielding layer and the drain wire.

Shielded cable, shielded cable with circuit board, and multicore cable

A resin composition for an insulating layer includes: an olefinic resin as a main component; and a metal deactivator, wherein the olefinic resin consists of block polypropylene and polyethylene, and wherein a content of the polyethylene in the olefinic resin is greater than or equal to 1% by mass and less than or equal to 10% by mass.

Resin composition for insulating layer, insulated electric wire, and cable

A multicore cable includes two-core parallel electric wires, wherein the two-core parallel electric wires each includes two conductors; an insulating layer that covers a periphery of the two conductors and having first and second flat portions and first and second semicircular portions; a first shield tape that covers a periphery of the insulating layer; a drain wire arranged inside the first shield tape; and a jacket that covers the first shield tape, wherein a cross-section of the insulating layer is an oval shape and has a groove at a portion at the first flat portion, wherein the drain wire is retained in the groove such that a portion of the drain wire protrudes toward the first shield tape with respect to the insulating layer, and wherein a twist pitch of twisting together the two-core parallel electric wires is shorter than 250 mm.

Multicore cable

A twinaxial parallel cable includes two conductors arranged parallel to each other, an insulating layer formed around the two conductors by extrusion coating, a shield tape wound around the insulating layer while extending longitudinally, a drain wire arranged inside the shield tape, and an outer coating formed to cover the shield tape. A cross section of the insulating layer perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the twinaxial parallel cable is formed into an oval shape having a long axis that is 1.7 to 2.2 times a length of a short axis. The insulating layer has a groove in a portion including an intersection of an outline of the insulating layer and a perpendicular bisector of the long axis. The groove is formed to be more than 0.5 times to 0.9 times an outer diameter or a thickness of the drain wire. The drain wire is retained in the groove so that a part of the drain wire protrudes toward the shield tape beyond the insulating layer.

Twinaxial parallel cable

A twinax cableincludes a twinax structure, the twinax structure including: a signal wire pair, the signal wire pair including a pair of signal wires formed of a first signal wire and a second signal wire, and an insulating layer configured to cover the pair of signal wires; a drain wire; and a shield tape arranged on the outer circumferential side of the insulating layer to cover the signal wire pair and the drain wire. The insulating layer is mainly composed of polyethylene. The insulating layer includes not less than 30 ppm and not more than 4000 ppm of a hindered phenol-based antioxidant. A dielectric tangent tan &#x3b4; of the insulating layer at the time of application of a high-frequency electric field having a frequency of 10 GHz is not more than 3.0&#xd7;10.

Twinax cable and multi-core cable

A parallel pair cable includes: a pair of insulated wires each of which includes an insulating layer around a conductor; a covering resin layer which is in contact with the pair of insulated wires, and which covers the pair of insulated wires; and a shield layer which is disposed outside the covering resin layer in contact with the covering resin layer, and which includes a metal layer. The pair of insulated wires are in contact with each other and arranged in parallel without being twisted, and the covering resin layer is formed by extrusion of resin.

Parallel pair cable

A parallel pair cable includes a pair of insulated wires arranged to be in contact with each other, parallel to each other and not twisted, a first resin tape wrapped around the pair of insulated wires, and a shield tape longitudinally folded on the outside of the first resin tape and comprising a metal layer.

A parallel pair cable includes a pair of insulated electric wires aligned in parallel, a shield tape longitudinally wrapped around the pair of insulated electric wires, a drain wire disposed inside the shield tape, and an insulating tape wrapped on an outer side of the shield tape. The shield tape has a metal layer provided on an inner surface thereof. The drain wire is provided to electrically contact the metal layer. A surface of the metal layer is provided with an adhesion surface having an adhesive applied thereto. The adhesion surface and the pair of insulated electric wires are adhered to each other. An area of the adhesion surface is 30% to 70% of a surface area of the metal layer.

A shielded cable includes signal wires each having a signal conductor covered by an insulator, and a shield conductor comprising a metal foil resin tape spirally and overlappingly wrapped around the two signal wires, wherein an edge portion of the metal foil resin tape is folded back so that the metal foil therein is oriented outward, thereby bringing metal foils, which are arranged on lower and upper sides in the overlapping part of wrapping of the metal foil resin tape, into electrical contact with each other. The shielded cable includes two drain wires provided outside the metal foil resin tape and configured to be in electrical contact with an exposed part of the outwardly folded-back metal foil, which is exposed out of the overlapping part.

Shielded cable

A shielded cable includes two signal wires, each of which having a signal conductor covered with an insulator, and a shield conductor having a metal clad resin tape spirally wrapped around the two signal wires in a lump. The insulator is configured so that a section thereof is to be deformable by an external force. A residual diameter ratio of the signal wire is 80% or greater and 95% or less when load of 1 kg is applied to the signal wire for 30 minutes.
