The present invention provides a puncture device and an administration device in which a puncture needle can be stuck certainly to a predetermined region of a skin. The puncture device and the administration device of the present invention are provided with a puncture needle moving means for retaining aforesaid puncture needle to be movable and a skin deforming means for deforming the skin, wherein it is constituted such that the puncture needle is moved by aforesaid puncture needle moving means and punctures the skin deformed by aforesaid skin deforming means.

Puncture device

An adhesion preventive material including a cross-linking polysaccharide derivative containing at least one active ester group introduced in a polysaccharide side chain, which is capable of reacting with an active hydrogen-containing group, and being capable of forming a crosslinked material due to covalent binding among the active ester group and an active hydrogen-containing group upon contact with water under an alkaline condition, is disclosed. The adhesion preventive material is able to reduce preparation works to be carried out while previously estimating the time of application and does not require a special device.

A puncture device which can stick a puncture needle certainly to a predetermined region of a skin includes a puncture needle having a curvature portion, a retaining member retaining the puncture needle, an indwelling device adapted to be indwelled in a living body by way of the puncture needle, and a guide member mounted at a predetermined position of a body surface. The puncture needle is adapted to be stuck into the skin along the guide member.
