There is provided a plate for a battery stack including: a plate-shaped terminal to which an electric wire is connected; and a plate-shaped housing having an accommodating recess where the terminal is accommodated. The accommodating recess includes a retaining hole, and the terminal includes a connection portion that is electrically connected to a counterpart member, and a retaining piece that is inserted into the retaining hole and locked to the retaining hole.

Plate for battery stack

There are provided a plate for a battery stack configured to be sandwiched between a plurality of power storage modules, and a battery stack. The plate for the battery stack includes: a plate-shaped housing having a fitting groove provided in a recessed shape in a first plate side surface of the plate for a battery stack along a longitudinal direction thereof, the fitting groove being a groove configured to fit with a side edge portion of a conductive plate disposed between the plurality of stacked power storage modules; and a plurality of recessed holes formed side by side in a direction orthogonal to a plate thickness direction of the plate for a battery stack, and extending from a second plate side surface of the housing.

Plate for battery stack and battery stack

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal, a housing having an accommodating concave portion to accommodate the voltage detection terminal and a cover to be attached to the housing while covering the accommodating concave portion. The cover is locked to the housing at a temporary locking position at which the cover covers a part of the accommodating concave portion and at a final locking position at which the cover covers an entirety of the accommodating concave portion. The cover includes a main body portion including a locking portion, and a locking piece. The housing includes a locked portion to be locked to the locking portion, a locking hole to accommodate the locking piece and an extending portion formed by a part of an edge of the locking hole. The locking piece is accommodated in the locking hole when the cover is at the temporary locking position.

Voltage detection unit and power storage device

A bus bar module includes: a case extending from a first end to a second end; a bus bar; and electric wires. The case includes first and second electric wire routing groove portions provided in parallel, electric wire passing portions bridged between the first and second electric wire routing groove portions, and an electric wire take-out portion which is provided in the first electric wire routing groove portion and from which the electric wires are drawn toward the second end. At least a part of the electric wires is routed from a position of the second electric wire routing groove portion closer to the second end than the electric wire take-out portion, through an electric wire passing portion provided closer to the one end than the electric wire take-out portion, to the electric wire take-out portion.

Bus bar module

There is provided a bus bar module including a case having a first divided case and a second divided case which are divided in an arrangement direction of electric cells. A female lock portion of the first divided case includes a locking frame provided with a gap spaced apart from an end surface of the first divided case. A male lock portion of the second divided case includes a pair of elastic arms, a support plate portion spanning end portions of the elastic arms between each other, a locking plate portion formed on the support plate portion and inserted into the gap of the female lock portion, and a lock claw provided on the locking plate portion and locking the locking frame by inserting the locking plate portion into the gap. The support plate portion of the male lock portion has slits at a side of the elastic arms.

Plate of battery module

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal including a first portion configured to be conductively connected to a detection target and a second portion, a housing having a plate shape and including a terminal accommodating concave configured to accommodate the voltage detection terminal, a cover configured to be engaged with the housing at a temporary locking position at which the cover does not cover the first portion of the voltage detection terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave and at a final locking position at which the cover covers the first portion and an electric wire conductively connected to the voltage detection terminal at the second portion and configured to, when the voltage detection terminal is accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave, be drawn out from the housing.

Voltage detection unit

A bus bar module includes: a case attached to a battery assembly including a plurality of single cells; a bus bar supported by the case and electrically connected to electrodes of the plurality of single cells of the battery assembly; and a plurality of electric wires routed in the case. The plurality of electric wires include: a plurality of voltage detection electric wires connected to the bus bar, and a temperature measurement electric wire connected to a thermistor configured to measure a temperature of at least one of the plurality of single cells. The case includes: an electric wire routing groove portion in which the plurality of voltage detection electric wires are routed, and a thermistor attachment portion to which the thermistor is attached. The thermistor attachment portion is provided in the electric wire routing groove portion.

Thermistor attachment configuration for a bus bar module

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars each having a through hole into which an electrode terminal of an electrode terminal group arranged in a line on a battery module formed of a plurality of battery cells is inserted, the bus bars being arranged along an arranging direction of the electrode terminal in the electrode terminal group, and a flat cable including a conductor part electrically connected to the bus bars, and an insulating holding part for holding the bus bars. The bus bar includes a holding body to be fitted to the flat cable. The holding part has a holding hole for each of the bus bars that allows a relative movement of the bus bar with respect to the flat cable in the arranging direction, by allowing a relative movement of the inserted holding body in the arranging direction.

Bus bar module and battery pack

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal, a housing including a terminal accommodating concave and a cover to be attached to the housing and to cover the voltage detection terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating concave. The cover includes an extension piece extending in a first direction. The housing includes an accommodating hole to accommodate the extension piece, and a guide portion including an inclined surface and a guide surface. The inclined surface has a first end in the first direction and a second end and is inclined with respect to the first direction such that the first end is provided closer to the accommodating hole than the second end in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and being parallel to the housing. The guide surface is continuous with the inclined surface and an inner wall surface of the accommodating hole.

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal configured to be conductively connected to a detection target, an electric wire conductively connected to the voltage detection terminal and a housing having a plate shape and including a terminal accommodating concave configured to accommodate the voltage detection terminal, an electric wire accommodating concave defined by a first groove side wall, a second groove side wall and a groove bottom surface, and configured to accommodate the electric wire and to guide the electric wire out of the housing and an electric wire restricting portion configured to hold the electric wire between the electric wire restricting portion and the groove bottom surface and to prevent the electric wire from being displaced out of the electric wire accommodating concave.

A voltage detection unit includes a voltage detection terminal, an electric wire, a housing including a terminal accommodating concave and an electric wire accommodating concave, and a cover. The cover includes an extension piece extending in a first direction in which the cover is attached to the housing. The housing includes an accommodating hole to accommodate the extension piece. The electric wire accommodating concave includes an inclined surface and a guide surface. The inclined surface is inclined with respect to the first direction such that a first thereof end is provided closer to the accommodating hole than a second end thereof in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and being parallel to the housing. The guide surface is continuous with the inclined surface and continuous with an inner wall surface of the accommodating hole.
