Fishing reel components and a manufacturing method thereof that achieve not only highly accurate finishing dimensions, but also a deep and glossy metallic appearance while maintaining sufficient corrosion resistance at a precision finishing portion that rotatably supports a drive member, and that can increase the work efficiently of the entire surface treatment. The fishing reel components include a body member having a coating layer formed of higher-purity aluminum than that of the die-cast material on the die-cast material; and the anticorrosion layer formed by anodization on the coating layer. The body member is provided with the support portion that rotatably supports a drive member. The support portion independent from the body member is formed by the support member having a higher corrosion resistance than the die-cast material of the body member.

Fishing reel components and method of manufacturing the same

One object is to provide a drone capable of achieving desired performance by preventing entry of foreign matter such as water droplets or dust particularly into a power portion thereof. A drone of the present invention is provided with a fixed section having a motor housing for housing a motor therein and a rotary section having a propeller shaft supported via a bearing so as to be rotatable with respect to the motor housing and configured to rotate integrally with the propeller. In an opposed portion where fixed-side components constituting the fixed section and rotary-side components constituting the rotary section are opposed to each other, there is provided a foreign matter entry prevention unit configured to prevent foreign matter from entering an inside of the motor housing.

Provided is a magnetic fluid sealed bearing unit that provides excellent handling ease and workability in incorporating the bearing unit into a rotary shaft portion and exhibits a stable sealing capability. A magnetic fluid sealed bearing unit of the present invention has an inner ring and an outer ring, each made of a magnetic material, a plurality of rolling members interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, a magnetic seal mechanism arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring and configured to inhibit entry of foreign substances toward the plurality of rolling members, a non-magnetic inner ring-side support member fitted and retained on the inner ring, and a non-magnetic outer ring-side support member fitted and retained on the outer ring.

Magnet fluid sealed bearing unit and drive motor having the bearing unit

One object is to provide a magnetic fluid sealing device in which a magnetic fluid retained between a polar plate and a drive portion can be effectively prevented from spilling, so as to retain waterproofness for a long period. A magnetic fluid sealing device of the present invention includes a ring-shaped polar plate encircling a drive portion and retaining a magnet; and a magnetic fluid retained in a gap between the drive portion and the polar plate by a magnetic force of the magnet. The polar plate has a spill preventing portion provided thereon, the spill preventing portion having a projecting wall that is disposed distant from an end surface of the polar plate retaining the magnetic fluid, so as to prevent spill of the magnetic fluid.
