An electric power tool includes a motor; a speed reducer for transferring a rotational power of the motor at a reduced speed; and a reduction ratio changing unit for changing a reduction ratio of the speed reducer. The speed reduction mechanism includes an axially slidable changeover member and a gear member, the changeover member being engaged with or disengaged from the gear member depending on an axial slide position thereof. The reduction ratio changing unit includes a shift actuator for axially sliding the changeover member, a driving state detector for detecting a driving state of the motor, a slide position detector for detecting a slide position of the changeover member and a controller for driving the shift actuator and for changing a drive control of the shift actuator depending on detection results of the slide position detector unit and the driving state detector unit, respectively.

Electric power tool

An electric power tool includes a motor; a speed reducer for transferring a rotational power of the motor at a reduced speed; and a reduction ratio changing unit for changing a reduction ratio of the speed reducer. The speed reduction mechanism includes an axially slidable changeover member and a gear member, the changeover member being engaged with or disengaged from the gear member depending on an axial slide position thereof. The reduction ratio changing unit includes a shift actuator for axially sliding the changeover member, a driving state detector for detecting a driving state of the motor, a slide position detector for detecting a slide position of the changeover member and a controller for driving the shift actuator and for temporarily decreasing or increasing a rotational power of the motor depending on detection results of the driving state detector and the slide position detector, respectively.

A speed-changing device includes a motor, a reduction gear train that reduces a rotation speed of the motor in accordance with a speed reduction ratio and transmits the rotation at the reduced speed, and a speed reduction ratio switching unit that switches the speed reduction ratio. The speed reduction ratio switching unit includes an actuator that switches the speed reduction ratio, a controller that controls the actuator, and a drive state detector that detects an index value representing load torque applied to the motor. The controller activates the actuator when the index value exceeds a first threshold value and activates the actuator when the index value fluctuates between the first threshold and a second threshold thereby forming an undulated pattern that satisfies a predetermined condition.

Speed-changing device

An electric power tool includes a cylindrical reducer case accommodating the speed reduction mechanism. The speed reduction mechanism includes a planetary gear train and a movable member which is axially slidable to be engaged with or disengaged from the planetary gear train. The electric power tool includes the reducer case including a slide hole formed through a sidewall of the reducer case and axially extended and a rotary plate which is rotatable around a periphery of the reducer case about the axis, the rotary plate including an operation slot formed axially obliquely and overlapped with the slide hole; a supporting member radially outwardly protruded from the movable member and extended through the slide hole and the operation slot; and a biasing unit for applying a pressing force to the supporting member in a moving direction of the supporting member when the rotary plate is rotated to a position.

A rotary impact tool includes a drive power source for producing rotational power, a drive shaft driven by the rotational power supplied from the drive power source, an output shaft operatively connected to the drive shaft for receiving the rotational power, an impact mechanism operatively couplable with the drive shaft. The rotary impact tool further includes a changeover unit for changing over an impact mode in which the impact mechanism is operated and a drill driver mode in which the rotational power produced by the drive power source is transferred to the output shaft without operating the impact mechanism and a multi-stage speed reduction mechanism for transferring the rotational power produced by the drive power source to the output shaft through the drive shaft at variable speeds in at least three speed modes including a low speed mode, a middle speed mode and a high speed mode.

Rotary impact tool

An electric power tool includes a motor, a speed reducer unit arranged to deliver the rotational power of the motor and provided with gears, a housing arranged to accommodate the motor and the speed reducer unit, and a speed changing unit for changing a gear reduction ratio of the speed reducer unit. The speed changing unit is arranged in such a position as to be operable outside the housing. The speed changing unit includes an operation lever slidingly operable in a speed changing direction when pushed, an operation detector unit for detecting the operation lever to control electric power supplied to the motor, a shift unit for changing the gear reduction ratio of the speed reducer unit in response to sliding movement of the operation lever, and a slide restraint unit for restraining the sliding operation of the operation lever until the operation detector unit detects the operation lever.

Electric power tool having speed reduction mechanism

An electric power tool includes a motor, a reduction mechanism, a driving unit, a bearing unit, a housing, a speed changing unit, a power switch, and an operation detecting unit which detects a reduction ratio changing operation performed by the speed changing unit to control electric power supplied to the motor. The reduction mechanism transfers the rotating power of the motor, and the driving unit transfers the rotating power of the reduction mechanism to a tip end tool. The bearing unit rotatably supports the driving unit, and the housing accommodates the motor, the reduction mechanism, the driving unit and the bearing unit. The speed changing unit changes a reduction ratio of the reduction mechanism, a power switch for turning on and off a power source of the motor.

Electric power tool with gear reduction unit

There is provided a semiconductor device adopting, as a layout of pads connected to an external package on an LSI, a zigzag pad layout in which the pads are arranged shifted alternately, which can avoid occurrences of short-circuiting of wires, an increase in chip size due to avoidance of short-circuiting, propagation of power supply or GND noise due to reduction in IO cell interval, and signal transmission delay difference due to displacement of pad positions. In a semiconductor device wherein plural pads on a semiconductor element which are connected to function terminals on an external package are arranged in two lines along the periphery of the semiconductor element, an arrangement order of the plural pads on the semiconductor element is different from an arrangement order of the function terminals on the external package.

The device includes a cable interface module having a diplexer that outputs a first signal input from a first connector part connected to a cable television network to a third connector part and outputs a second signal input from a second connector part to a first connector part; a video tuner module having a distributor that branches a first signal input from a fourth connector part having a shape capable of connecting to the cable television network and connected to a third connector part and outputs to a fifth connector part, and inputs the other branched signal into a video tuner; and a communication tuner that selects another channel of the signal output from a fifth connector part.

Front-end device of set-top box for two-way communication

An electric power tool incorporating a single fan that provides efficient cooling of the motor and transmission while reducing the cost and size of the power tool. The power tool includes a speed reduction transmission provided within a housing between the motor and a chuck which is located at the front end of the power tool. The rotation of the fan cools the motor and the transmission by drawing in external air from intake ports formed in the housing, and collectively exhausts the warmed cooling air through exhaust ports formed in the housing. The power tool includes a fan, located between the motor and the transmission, that is constructed to draw in two separate streams of cooling air from air intake ports located adjacent to the motor and the transmission, and to exhaust used cooling air through exhaust ports located adjacent to the fan.

A multistage immersion type membrane separator in which an air diffuser is disposed under a filtration part immersed in a treatment tank, characterized in that: the filtration part has plural plate-like membrane cartridges arranged in a vertically parallel multistage fashion at spaced intervals for forming a crossflow passage of a predetermined width; and that the air diffuser has a diffuser tube disposed sidewardly that is communicated at its basal end to an air supply source and has at its lower side part plural blowholes, a flushing pipe that is communicated at its basal end to the tip of the diffuser tube and has at its tip an opening serving as an outlet above the diffuser tube, and a flushing valve disposed in the flushing pipe.

Multistage immersion type membrane separator and high-concentration wastewater treatment facility using same

Provided is a submerged membrane cartridge which comprises a supporting plate made of a resin, and a membrane disposed so as to cover the surface of the supporting plate, and is characterized in that the membrane is fused in a plurality of welding allowances formed in multiple, along the entire periphery of the supporting plate; an inner fixing portion that retains the membrane under tension is formed by an inner welding allowance; a water sealing portion that ensures a sealing function through the entire periphery of the membrane is formed by a central welding allowance; and an outer fixing portion that fixes the periphery of the membrane to the supporting plate is formed by an outer welding allowance.

Submerged membrane cartridge

In cleaning by sodium hypochlorite, filtration membrane cartridges are immersed in a washing tank storing a solution of sodium hypochlorite to decompose and remove organic contaminants clogging the pores of filtration membranes by oxidation of sodium hypochlorite; in rinsing with water, the cartridges are immersed in a washing tank storing a rinsing water to wash away the sodium hypochlorite attached to the filtration membrane by the rinsing water; in cleaning by oxalic acid, the cartridges are immersed in a washing tank storing oxalic acid to wash away ferrous substances attached to the filtration membrane by oxalic acid; and in giving hydrophilic property by a hydrophilic agent, the cartridges are immersed in a washing tank storing a solution of the hydrophilic agent so as to apply the hydrophilic agent to the filtration membranes in preparation for dry lay-up.

Method and apparatus of regenerating filtration membrane cartridge for activated sludge

A pair of filtering membranes are solidly bonded to a membrane-supporting plate by fusibly bonding each of the filtering membranes to the resin membrane-supporting plate. A main fusible domain is formed along peripheral edges of each of the filtering membranes. In addition, a plurality of subordinate fusible domains are intermittently formed in plural locations on one side or on both sides of the main fusible domain. By virtue of the above structure, bonding strength is secured by the main fusible domain, and yet, bonding strength is reinforced by locally provided subordinate fusible domains. A channel is formed in the membrane-supporting plate so that permeated liquid can swiftly flow through the filtering system. In addition, a plurality of projections are formed on peripheral edges of a filtration membrane cartridge facing inner surface of each gutter formed inside of each slit plate by way of causing the respective projections to slidably come into contact with the inner surface of the gutter. This in turn effectively minimizes frictional force between the filtration membrane cartridge and the gutter to enable the operator to easily insert and remove the filtration membrane cartridge into and from the gutter of the slit plate.

Filtration membrane cartridge

A filtration membrane module submerged with processed liquid in the processing tank. Plural plate-like, rigid membrane cartridges are vertically placed in parallel to each other as properly spaced from the adjoining membrane cartridges. The cleaning stream generating means for supplying a flow parallel to the membrane surfaces of the membrane cartridges opposes the gaps between the membrane cartridges opposite to each other. The sucking means for sucking the permeated liquid in each membrane cartridge is communicated with each passage of permeated liquid in each membrane cartridge. The membrane supporting plate for retaining the filtration membrane of the membrane cartridge is made hollow using a rigid structure member.
