A sound path member covers a rear side of a bumper reinforcement for reinforcing a bumper of a vehicle and forms a sound path for a loudspeaker device between the sound path member and the bumper reinforcement. The sound path member is provided so that the sound path has a return portion. The loudspeaker device is arranged between the bumper reinforcement and the sound path member. Consequently, a sound radiated from a front side of the loudspeaker device is radiated through an opening of the bumper reinforcement, and a sound radiated from a rear side of the loudspeaker device passes through the sound path and is then radiated through an opening.

Sound output device for vehicle

A loudspeaker device is installed in a space between a bumper reinforcement for reinforcing a bumper of a vehicle and a bumper absorber attached to a front side of the bumper reinforcement. An approach notification sound output from a front side of the loudspeaker device is radiated outside through a first opening provided on a driver's seat side of the bumper absorber. An approach notification sound output from a rear side of the loudspeaker device passes through a sound path between the bumper reinforcement and the bumper absorber and is then radiated outside through a second opening provided on a passenger seat side of the bumper absorber.

A frame for a speaker device includes a magnetic circuit housing unit which houses a magnetic circuit, an annular outer peripheral portion which is arranged on an outer side of the magnetic circuit housing unit, and plural arm portions which connect the magnetic circuit housing unit and the outer peripheral portion. The plural arm portions form such plural bridges that a pair of the arm portions are linearly positioned to connect two parts of the outer peripheral portion, and each of the bridges does not pass through a center of the outer peripheral portion.

Frame for speaker device and speaker device

A speaker device includes a vibration system having a frame and a magnetic circuit. The frame has a magnetic circuit housing unit, an outer peripheral portion having an annular shape arranged on the outer side thereof, and multiple arm parts connecting the magnetic circuit housing unit and outer peripheral portion. Plural flat surfaces to which a cushion is attached are formed on an upper surface of the outer peripheral portion and a lower surface thereof. Each of the flat surfaces on the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion and each of the flat surfaces on the lower surfaces are connected by a corresponding connecting part. The plural flat surfaces to which the cushion member is attached are formed between the outer peripheral wall of the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral wall thereof, rather than the outer side of the outer peripheral wall of the outer peripheral portion.

A frame for a speaker device includes a magnetic circuit housing unit which houses a magnetic circuit, a substantially annular outer peripheral portion which is arranged on an outer side of the magnetic circuit housing unit, and plural arm portions which connect the magnetic circuit housing unit and the outer peripheral portion. Each of the plural arm portions has a sectional shape of a one-open-end shape having a connected end and an open end, and the plural arm portions include an arm portion having the open end oriented to one direction and an arm portion having the open end oriented to a direction opposite to the one direction.

A frame for a speaker device has an annular outer peripheral portion. The outer peripheral portion includes plural wall portions concentrically formed. An end surface of the wall portion on an inner circumferential side of the outer peripheral portion is formed at a position recessed as compared with an end surface of the wall portion on an outer circumferential side in a direction of a central axis of the outer peripheral portion.

A magnetic circuit has a yoke base, a pole formed on the yoke base, an annular magnet mounted on the yoke base, an annular plate having an inclined surface mounted on the magnet. The annular plate has an inwardly downwardly curved sectional shape toward a periphery. A frame for a conical diaphragm is secured to the plate. A plurality of platforms each having a flat surface are formed on the inclined surface, and a plurality of staking projections are formed on the flat surfaces of the platforms. The frame is secured to the plate by staking the staking projections.

Magnetic circuit in a loudspeaker

A coupler terminal unit for a speaker unit. The coupler terminal unit is connected to an attachment piece of a speaker frame by means of an eyelet. The coupler unit includes a housing portion and terminal pieces connected thereto. The eyelet is positioned at the housing portion.

A speaker unit for an automotive vehicle including a woofer speaker flush mounted with the rear parcel shelf of the vehicle with a tweeter or medium- and high-range speaker unit mounted to the rear of the woofer speaker. The tweeter speaker is directed toward the passenger compartment of the vehicle. A woofer frame is detachably coupled around the outer edge of the woofer speaker. The woofer frame supports a grill which extends as well over the tweeter speaker. A sound diffuser is positioned over the open surface of the tweeter speaker.
