The power receiving connector to be placed as a vehicle-mounted feeding port is formed by integrating connection terminals, internal wirings, wiring branch parts, a ground wire side branch line, a control wire side branch line, capacitors, a superposition separation element, and a low-pass filter with a housing as a replaceable unit.

Power receiving connector and communication system

An output circuit sends a control pilot signal generated in a voltage generator to an input circuit. A communication unit is connected between an earthed wire and a control pilot wire on the output side of the output circuit via a bandpass filter. A communication unit is connected between the earthed wire and the control pilot wire on the input side of the input circuit via a bandpass filter. A low-pass filter is interposed between the output circuit and the communication unit. A low-pass filter is interposed between the input circuit and the communication unit.

Communication system and communication device

An output circuit sends out, to an input circuit, a control pilot signal generated by a voltage source. A voltage transformer is provided to a control pilot line on the output side of the output circuit, and a communication unit transmits and receives communication signals via the voltage transformer. A voltage transformer is provided to the control pilot line on the input side of the input circuit, and a communication unit transmits and receives the communication signals via the voltage transformer. A low-pass filter is provided to the control pilot line between the input circuit and the voltage transformer.

Provided a power receiving connector and a charging system that, during a communication such as inband communication wherein a communication signal is superposed in a control wire incorporated in a charging cable connecting a vehicle and a feed device, can reduce the mutual effect resulting from electromagnetic waves caused by the communication signal transmitted within the vehicle and a device in the vehicle. A power receiving connector to be placed as a vehicle-mounted feeding port is formed by integrating connection terminals internal wirings, a superposition separation element, and a capacitor with a housing as a replaceable unit.

Power receiving connector, charging system and communication system

Provided are a power line communication system, a connector device, and a power line communication device that allow downsizing of a device for power line communication in a vehicle that performs power line communication with a feeding device via a charging cable. An electromagnetic induction type signal converter and a filter necessary for power line communication are provided in a connector device, and a power line communication section which performs power line communication with the electromagnetic induction type signal converter is provided in an ECU. A capacitor, a signal wire, and a capacitorare connected in series between AC linesandextending from a tubular partof the connector device. The electromagnetic induction type signal converter is formed by a primary coil obtained by winding the signal wirearound a toroidal corefitted on the tubular part, and a secondary coil obtained by winding a signal wireconnected to the power line communication section around the toroidal core. Power line communication system, connector device, and power line communication device

Provided is a power line communication system in which power line communication devices having different configurations from each other coexist. A charging station performs power line communication, using a signal superimposition/separation section in which a capacitor, a coupling transformer, and a capacitor are connected to branch lines branched from two AC lines. An electric vehicle performs power line communication, using a signal superimposition/separation section in which the coupling transformer is inserted in one AC line and a capacitor is connected to and between two AC lines. In a case where the charging station and the electric vehicle are connected to each other with a charging cable, a closed loop circuit is formed that is composed of the AC line, the branch line, the capacitor, a primary coil of the coupling transformer, the capacitor, the branch line, the AC line, an AC line, the AC line, the capacitor, a primary coil of a coupling transformer, the AC line, and an AC line. Thus, power line communication can be performed.

Power line communication system

A charging station performs communications by use of a superimposing/separating unit configured by connecting a capacitor, a coupling transformer and a capacitor to branch lines branching out respectively from a control cable and a grounded cable. An electric vehicle performs communications by use of a superimposing/separating unit configured by providing a coupling transformer to the control cable. A capacitor is also connected between the control cable and the grounded cable. Communications are allowed by the configuration of a closed loop circuit comprising the control cable, the branch line, the capacitor, a primary coil of the coupling transformer, the capacitor, the branch line, the grounded cable, the capacitor, and a primary coil of the coupling transformer.

Communication system

Provided are a communication system and a communication device capable of suppressing attenuation of a communication signal superimposed upon a control pilot line. This output circuit () sends a control pilot signal which has been generated at a voltage generation source () to an input circuit (). Between the control pilot line () and the ground line () of the output side of the output circuit (), a communication unit () is connected via a transformer (). Between the control pilot line () and the ground line () of the input side of the input circuit (), a communication unit () is connected via a transformer (). Between the output circuit () and the transformer (), a lowpass filter () is interposed. Between the input circuit () and the transformer (), a lowpass filter () is interposed.

A coupling transformernecessary for power line communication is provided in a connector device. The coupling transformeris formed by winding an AC lineand a signal wirearound an annular toroidal core, which is to be fitted on a tubular partof the connector device. Cutouts for housing the AC lineand the signal wirewound around the toroidal coreare formed in the tubular partof the connector device. Further, a coilis connected to the AC line, a capacitoris connected to an AC line, and the coiland the capacitorare connected to each other with a wireprovided along the AC linesand, whereby a filter circuit is formed.

Power line communications system, power line communication device, and connector device

A superconducting coil and a rotating device, the performances of which are improved, and a superconducting coil manufacturing method are provided. A superconducting coilis a saddle-shaped superconducting coil formed by winding a superconducting wire so as to form a race-track-like shape. The superconducting coil includes a curved portionand a straight portionconnected to the curved portion. In the curved portion, an upper edgeis positioned closer to an inner peripheral side than a lower edgeis, and in the straight portion, the upper edgeis positioned closer to an outer peripheral side than the lower edgeis.

Superconducting coil, rotating device, and superconducting coil manufacturing method

An electric power distribution member for stator is a member for connecting a plurality of coils to one another, each having coil opposing end portions located on an inner circumferential side and on an outer circumferential side in a radial direction of a stator, and it includes a plurality of conductor pieces and a plurality of insulating holding portions. The conductor piece has a first connection end portion in a flat plate shape connected to an inner circumferential side end portion of a coil and a second connection end portion in a flat plate shape connected to an outer circumferential side end portion of another coil. In addition, the insulating holding portion integrally holds adjacent conductor pieces at a distance from each other at a portion other than the opposing connection end portions of each conductor piece. The insulating holding portions are arranged in a manner discrete from one another.

Electric power distribution member for stator and method of manufacturing the same

A connection line has a first bent portion bent toward a coil's main body in a vicinity of a stator core's axial length limit line. Furthermore, the connection line at a portion closer to the coil's main body than the first bent portion has a second bent portion bent away from the coil's main body. Furthermore, the connection line has a third bent portion bent away from the coil's main body to have a connection portion along an end surface of the terminal member in contact therewith generally parallel thereto.

A split stator for an electric motor includes a core having a tooth portion, a coil formed around the tooth portion, insulation spacers arranged between a surface of the tooth portion and an inner periphery of the coil, and holding the inner periphery of the coil with a space kept from the surface of the tooth portion, and a resin filler material having high thermal conductivity and filling the space. The resin filler material is configured to allow heat release from the inner periphery of coil to the core.

Split stator for electric motor and manufacturing method of the same

An insulating member is provided with a rear surface section, a pair of side surface sections and a pair of column sections. The rear surface section is formed to be arranged between an edgewise coil and the yoke inner circumference surface of a stator core. The pair of side surface sections extend from the rear surface section to cover the side surfaces on the slot side of teeth and are formed flexibly in the facing directions. The pair of column sections extend from the rear surface section along the end surfaces on the coil end side of the teeth, while keeping spaces between the column sections and the side surface sections so as not to disturb deformation of the side surface sections.

Insulating member

A stator core is formed by arranging divided cores () in a circumference direction in cylindrical shape. On an upper end surface () of a core back () of the divided core, holes () are made. Then, on the upper end surface, a reinforcing ring () having through holes () is arranged, and is connected with rivets (). Thus, stress is transmitted not only through a side surface () but also through the reinforcing ring (), between the adjacent divided cores. Thus, strength of the stator using a powder magnetic core is ensured and a space is saved.
