A sulfonamide derivative represented by the Formula: ##STR1## wherein A, B, X, Y, R, m and n are as defined in the specification, and a salt thereof have thromboxane A.sub.2 antagonism, therefore they are useful, for example, as blood platelet aggregation inhibiting agents.

Carbazole compounds represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an alkanoyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms or a benzoyl group, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are the same or different, and are each hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms substituted by a phenyl group, or R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a morpholino group, a piperidino group, a pyrrolidino group or a piperazino group, and n is an integer from 1 to 3, and salts thereof have strong antipsychotic activity.

A triazole derivative represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an acetyl group, a naphthylmethyl group, an anthrylmethyl group or a group of the formula ##STR2## wherein X, Y and Z are the same or different and each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a lower alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, a trifluoromethyl group, a cyano group or a benzyloxy group, and R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom or an acetyl group, and R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, an acetyl group or a group of the formula ##STR3## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are as defined above, are useful as the inhibitors of lipid peroxidation.

3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole derivatives

A 2-azetizinone derivative represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a halogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alkoxycarbonyl group in which the alkoxy group has 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is a group represented by the formula ##STR2## a pyrrolidinyl group or a tetrahydroazepinyl group, and n is an integer of from 2 to 10, and a salt thereof are disclosed. These compounds are useful as blood platelet aggregation inhibiting agent.

2-Azetidione derivatives represented by the following formula ##STR1## wherein X is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a hydroxyl group or a cyano group, l is 1 or 2, R.sup.1 is a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a 1-naphthylmethyl group, an optionally substituted phenethyl group, an optionally substituted phenyl group, an optionally substituted benzyl group or a bis(alkoxycarbonyl)ethyl group, and R.sup.2 is a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, an amino group, an adamantyl group, a lower alkoxycarbonylmethyl group or an optionally substituted phenyl group, are disclosed. These compounds are useful as blood platelet aggregation inhibiting agents.
