An Inverter-integrated rotating electrical machine includes: a rotating electrical machine including a rotor and a stator; a housing member forming a housing chamber that houses the rotating electrical machine; a cover member that covers an opening on one end side of the housing member in an axial direction and that includes a support portion rotatably supporting the rotor; a power switching element located between the cover member and the rotating electrical machine in the axial direction; and a smoothing capacitor located between the cover member and the rotating electrical machine in the axial direction. The cover member includes a cooler that cools the power switching element and the smoothing capacitor. The power switching element and the smoothing capacitor are connected to the cover member in a thermally conductive manner.

Inverter-integrated rotating electrical machine that efficiently cools a smoothing capacitor

A switching element module includes a first switching element and a second switching element connected between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a direct current power supply, a smoothing capacitor connected between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the direct current power supply, and a cooling block thermally connected to a cooler. The first switching element is fixed to one side face of the cooling block. The second switching element is fixed to the other side face of the cooling block. The smoothing capacitor is fixed to a positive terminal of the first switching element and a negative terminal of the second switching element, and is provided to face a first connection surface of the cooling block that connects the one side face and the other side face.

Switching element module, inverter device, and vehicle drive device

An inverter unit includes a switching element unit, a control board, a cooler, and an inverter case. The inverter case is integrally fixed to a rotating electrical machine case. The cooler is disposed so as to be in contact with the switching element unit on an opposite side to a rotating electrical machine side. The control board is disposed on the rotating electrical machine side of the switching element unit.

Inverter unit

A first switching element and a second switching element are arranged side by side in a first direction. An output bus bar is disposed to extend in the first direction. The first switching element and the second switching element are disposed to be embedded in a molded portion. The output bus bar includes an embedded portion embedded in the molded portion, a first exposed portion exposed from the molded portion on one side of the switching element set in the first direction, and a second exposed portion exposed from the molded portion on another side of the switching element set in the first direction.

Switching element unit and switching element module for use in an inverter circuit

A connection terminal unit that can be appropriately connected to terminal connection portions of a semiconductor module including a semiconductor element and that can reduce a projection area when seen in a direction orthogonal to a direction along a chip surface is realized. Connection terminal unit includes plurality of connection terminals facing and connected to plurality of terminal connection portions of semiconductor module, and terminal mold portion holding connection terminals. Terminal mold portion has abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material holding semiconductor module. Abutment portion has vertical abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material from vertical direction that is a direction in which connection terminals face terminal connection portions, and side abutment portion that abuts against semiconductor module or base material from at least two directions that are different from each other and intersect with vertical direction.

Connection terminal unit

In an inverter module () including a plurality of switching elements (), a positive-polarity bus bar (), a negative-polarity bus bar (), and a plurality of output bus bars (, and), the plurality of output bus bars (, and) are disposed in a first direction (D) in which upper-stage-side switching elements (U) and lower-stage-side switching elements (L) are placed side by side, and the positive-polarity bus bar () and the negative-polarity bus bar () are disposed in a second direction (D) intersecting the first direction (D).

Inverter module

A pressure reducing valve includes: a housing having an input port, an input channel connected to the input port, a pressure reducing chamber connected to the input channel, a delivery channel connected to the pressure reducing chamber, an output channel and an auxiliary channel branched off from the delivery channel, an output port connected to the output channel, and an auxiliary port connected to the auxiliary channel; and a valve mechanism which is provided inside the pressure reducing chamber connected to the delivery channel and of which the amount of opening is changed to regulate the pressure inside the pressure reducing chamber. Centerlines of the delivery channel, the output channel, and the auxiliary channel are arranged in the same plane.

Pressure reducing valve

A pressure reducing valve device includes a first body; a second body; a valve mechanism accommodated in the first body, and including a valve seat and a valve element; and a piston that is accommodated in the second body, defines a pressure reducing chamber, and is configured to move in accordance with a pressure in the pressure reducing chamber so as to move the valve element. The first body is connected to an inner portion of a connection portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape. The connection portion is provided in the second body to protrude outward. The valve seat is held between the first body and the second body in a direction in which the first body and the second body are attached to each other such that the valve seat is fixed in a flow passage.

Pressure reducing valve device

In a pressure reduction valve device, a valve body and a distal end portion of a support member are accommodated in a valve accommodation hole of a body. The distal end portion is inserted through an urging member accommodation hole. An inner introduction passage is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and an inner peripheral surface of the urging member accommodation hole. An outer introduction passage is formed between an outer surface of the valve body and an inner surface of the valve accommodation hole. The support member is provided with communication holes that establish communication between a gas inlet provided through the body and the valve accommodation hole in an axial direction. The inner introduction passage and the outer introduction passage are opposed, in an axial direction thereof, to the communication passage.

Pressure reduction valve device

A pressure reducing valve includes a body, an annular valve seat, a valve element, and a pressing mechanism configured to press the valve element. The pressing mechanism includes a plug provided downstream of the valve seat and having a plug hole, and a pin including a sliding portion and an upstream end, the sliding portion having a shaft shape and being inserted in the plug hole such that a gap is provided between the sliding portion and an inner peripheral surface of the plug hole, and the upstream end being provided upstream of the sliding portion so as to contact the valve element. A fitting length of the sliding portion with respect to the plug hole and the gap between the sliding portion and the plug hole satisfy 0.0005 L&#x3c;C&#x3c;0.00908 L, where L indicates the fitting length, and C indicates the gap.

A power conversion device that includes an inverter circuit in which arms are connected in parallel to each other between a DC positive terminal and a DC negative terminal in accordance with a number of phases of alternating currents of the plurality of phases, the arms for respective phases each including two switch sections that are connected in series and to be brought into conduction in an on state and out of conduction in an off state, and a connection point between the two switch sections of each of the arms is set as an AC input or output point of each phase; and a controller that outputs switching control signals for performing switching control on the switch sections.

In order to improve a power density of a fuel cell and prevent a generation of a poor insulation, an insulator is provided, which is disposed between a current collector disposed in contact with one end of a stacked body having a plurality of stacked unit cells in stacking directions, and an end member disposed outside from the current collector in the stacking directions, and includes a plurality of insulator members, each having a sheet-like planar portion. The plurality of insulator members which are stacked onto each other by the planar portions thereof are disposed oppose to the current collector.

The gas-liquid separator forming portion includes a first inner wall portion that serves as a flow path for an off-gas and forms a part of an accumulating portion, the first inner wall portion having a shape recessed in a thickness direction of the end plate. The cover member includes a second inner wall portion that has a shape recessed in a thickness direction of the cover member, the second inner wall portion being disposed to face the first inner wall portion in a stack direction and forming the accumulating portion together with the first inner wall portion.
