A motor includes a rotor, a stator, a stator accommodating portion, a seal, and a lid. The stator opposes the rotor with a gap interposed radially inward. The stator accommodating portion accommodates the stator, includes an opening on one end surface in an axial direction, and has a tubular shape. The seal is filled in the stator accommodating portion. The lid covers the opening. The stator accommodating portion includes a cutout and a pullout piece. The cutout is recessed from one end in the axial direction to the other side in the axial direction, and a lead wire connected to the stator is pulled out. The pullout piece protrudes radially outward from a bottom of the cutout, and the lead wire is positioned between the lid and the pullout piece via an elastic portion on an end surface on one side in the axial direction of the pullout piece.

Motor and blower including the same

A motor includes a rotor rotatable in a circumferential direction around a center axis extending vertically, a stator to rotate the rotor, a lead wire connected to the stator, and a housing covering the rotor and the stator from a radially outer side. The housing includes a first housing located on a first side in an axial direction, and a second housing located on a second side in the axial direction. The first housing includes a wiring convex portion protruding toward the second side in the axial direction. The second housing includes a wiring recess that is recessed toward the second side in the axial direction and penetrates in a radial direction. The wiring convex portion is located in the wiring recess. The wiring convex portion includes a tip surface opposing the second side. The wiring recess includes a bottom surface opposing the first side.

Motor and axial fan

A serial axial fan includes a first axial fan, a second axial fan, and a rectifying portion. The second axial fan is on one side in the axial direction with respect to the first axial fan and is connected in series to the first axial fan with the rectifying portion interposed therebetween. The rectifying portion includes a chassis with a cylindrical shape surrounding the central axis, a rectifying blade portion extending to a radially inner side from a radially inner surface of the chassis, and an air feeding space on the radially inner side of the rectifying blade portion. The rectifying blade portion extends at least in the axial direction and is inclined relative to another side in the circumferential direction from another side in the axial direction toward the one side in the axial direction.

Serial axial fan

An axial fan includes a housing, an upper motor, and a lower motor. The housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing. A lower peripheral wall of the lower housing includes first engaging portions and lower protruding pieces. The lower protruding pieces oppose the first engaging portions in an axial direction and protrude axially upward from an axially upper surface. An upper peripheral wall of the upper housing includes upper engaging claws and upper notch grooves. The upper engaging claws extend axially downward from an axially lower surface, and include a second engaging portion that engages with the first engaging portion in a lower end portion. The upper notch grooves are notched axially upward from the axially lower surface radially inward of the upper engaging claw. At least a portion of the lower protruding pieces is located in the upper notch grooves.

Axial fan

A motor includes a rotor rotatable about a center axis extending vertically, a stator to rotate the rotor, and a housing covering the rotor and the stator from a radially outer side. The housing includes a first housing located on a first side in the axial direction, and a second housing located on a second side in the axial direction. The first housing includes a first opposing surface opposing the second housing in the axial direction, and a first wall portion extending from the first opposing surface to the second side in the axial direction. The second housing includes a second opposing surface opposing the first housing in the axial direction, a second wall portion extending from the second opposing surface to the first side in the axial direction, and a base portion holding the stator. The first wall portion and the second wall portion oppose each other in a radial direction.

A stator assembly includes a stator that opposes a rotor, which rotates about a central axis extending vertically, in a radial direction, a cover that accommodates an axially upper portion of the stator, a base portion that covers at least an axially lower side of the stator, and a circuit board that opposes the base portion in an axial direction and includes a sensor. At least one of the cover and the base portion includes a positioning portion, which is adjacent to the circuit board in the axial direction, the positioning portion being adjacent to the sensor.

Stator assembly, motor, and fan motor

An axial fan includes a rotor, a rotor blade, a stator, and a housing. The housing includes a stator holder made of metal, a base made of metal and widened outwardly in a radial direction from a lower end portion of the stator holder, a rib extending outwardly in the radial direction from the base, and a housing cylinder connected to a radial-directional outer end portion of the rib. The housing cylinder extends in an axial direction and accommodates the rotor blade therein. A wind tunnel space in which air flows is provided between the base and the housing cylinder in the radial direction. A radial-directional outer side surface of the base is exposed in the wind tunnel space.

A motor includes a stator unit and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator unit. The stator unit includes a stator, a resin portion, a support portion, and an annular recess. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator, and a conducting wire wound around the stator core with the insulator interposed therebetween. The resin portion covers at least part of the stator. The support portion supports the stator. At an end portion of the stator unit on one side in an axial direction, the recess is recessed toward another side in the axial direction. The resin portion is positioned further in a radially outer direction than the recess. The rotor includes an annular projection extending toward the other side in the axial direction. At least part of the projection is accommodated in the recess.

Motor and fan motor

A stator assembly includes a stator that drives a rotor rotatable about a central axis extending in a vertical direction, a cover that accommodates the stator, a filling portion that fills a space between the cover and the stator. The cover includes a tubular portion that extends in an axial direction and covers a radially side portion of the stator opposing the rotor in a radial direction, a lid portion that covers an axially upper end portion of the stator, and a cover stepped portion that is provided on a first radial side with respect to the tubular portion. The cover stepped portion comes in contact with the axially upper end portion of the stator and is positioned on an axially lower side with respect to an axially upper end portion of the tubular portion.

Stator unit, motor, and blower apparatus

A stator assembly includes a stator that drives a rotor that is rotatable about a central axis extending in a vertical direction, a stator support that supports the stator, and a filling portion that covers the stator. A first radial end portion of the stator is fixed to a second radial side surface of the stator support. An insulator of the stator includes an upper insulator covering an upper surface of a stator core. A first radial end portion of the upper insulator contacts the second radial side surface of the tubular stator support extending in an axial direction. An annular insulator concave portion that is recessed to the axial upper side is provided in the first radial end portion of the upper insulator. A first space, surrounded by the insulator concave portion, the stator core, and the stator support, is filled with a filling material.

A motor includes a stator, a rotor that rotates relatively to the stator, a circuit board, and a holding member that holds the stator and the circuit board. The stator includes a stator core including a core back and teeth, an insulator covering a portion of the stator core, a coil with a coil wire wound around the teeth with the insulator in between, and a coil end portion being an end portion of the coil wire. The circuit board has a second through hole. The holding member has a first through hole disposed on a lower side of the second through hole. The coil end portion passes through the first and second through holes and is electrically connected to the circuit board. A lower portion of the holding member is connected to an upper portion of the insulator, and an upper portion thereof is connected to the circuit board.
