In a blower, an attachment portion is attached across radially outer surfaces of a first axial fan and a second axial fan connected in series. A portion of a third connecting portion of the attachment portion is connected to a first connecting portion of the first axial fan. Another portion of the third connecting portion is connected to a second connecting portion of the second axial fan. An extension portion of the attachment portion extends in an axial direction from the third connecting portion, and is located at a radially outer end of at least one of a first tubular portion and a second tubular portion. The extension portion surrounds at least one of a first lead wire and a second lead wire together with a radially outer end of at least one of the first tubular portion and the second tubular portion.

Blower and method of manufacturing the same

A blower device includes a pair of fans, a housing, and a lid. The pair of fans generates an airflow on one side in the axial direction along the central axis and is coaxially arranged. The housing has a tubular shape extending along the central axis, accommodates the pair of fans, and has two end surfaces opened in the axial direction. The lids cover axial end surfaces of the housing and provide ventilation. The lid includes an annular portion in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing and including a through hole penetrating in the radial direction. The housing includes an engagement protrusion that protrudes radially inward from the inner peripheral surface and engages with the periphery of the through hole.

Blower device

A blower includes a moving blade rotatable about a central axis, a motor to rotate the moving blade, a housing, and a substrate. The housing includes a holding portion below the moving blade to hold the motor, and a peripheral wall portion having a cylindrical shape extending upward from a radially outer end portion of the holding portion. The peripheral wall portion includes a peripheral wall recess recessed downward from an upper end of the peripheral wall portion and connecting a space radially inside and a space radially outside of the peripheral wall portion. The peripheral wall recess includes a first peripheral surface that opposes one circumferential direction opposite to a rotation direction of the moving blade, the first peripheral surface extending from an upper end of the peripheral wall recess toward a lower side of the peripheral wall portion.

Blower

A blower includes a moving blade, a motor, and a housing. The housing includes a holding portion located below the moving blade to hold the motor, and a peripheral wall portion having a cylindrical shape centered on the central axis and extending upward from a radially outer end portion of the holding portion. The peripheral wall portion includes a peripheral wall recess that is recessed downward from an upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion and connects a space radially inside of the peripheral wall portion and a space radially outside of the peripheral wall portion, and includes a first peripheral surface facing one circumferential direction that is opposite to a rotation direction of the moving blade. The first peripheral surface extends in one circumferential direction from the upper end of the peripheral wall recess toward the lower side.

A blower includes a first fan, a second fan axially below the first fan, and a tubular housing accommodating the first fan and the second fan. The housing includes an upper tubular portion accommodating the first fan, a lower tubular portion accommodating the second fan, a first fan support at an axially lower end portion of the upper tubular portion to support the first fan, and a second fan support at an axially upper end portion of the lower tubular portion to support the second fan. The housing is separable into a first structure including the first upper tubular divided body, the first lower tubular divided body, and the first fan support, and a second structure including the second upper tubular divided body, the second lower tubular divided body, and the second fan support.

A blower includes a rotor blade rotatable about a central axis extending in an axial direction, a motor that rotates the rotor blade, and a housing that surrounds the rotor blade and the motor. The housing includes stator blades extending in a forward rotation direction of the rotor blade toward an axially lower side of the blower, a porous wall including multiple holes arranged in both the radial direction and in the circumferential direction, and a cylinder portion extending in the axial direction and radially outward of the porous wall. The hole penetrates the porous wall through upper to lower surfaces thereof. The stator blade is axially below the rotor blade. An axially upper end portion of the porous wall is between an axially lower end portion of the rotor blade and an axially upper end portion of the stator blade.
