A multiple dwelling house interphone system include a collective entrance machine, a dwelling room master device, a management master device, and a sensor. When the sensor detects the occurrence of the abnormality, an abnormality occurrence signal is transmitted from the dwelling room master device to the management master device, and the dwelling room master device and the management master device emit emergency alarms. The management master device includes a display section and a display control section. The display control section displays an alarm stop button to stop an emission operation on the display section when the abnormality occurrence signal is received and the emission is started. When the alarm stop button is operated, the display control section subsequently displays an emission source call button to call the dwelling room master device as a transmission source of the abnormality occurrence signal.

Multiple dwelling house interphone system

A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine, a dwelling room master device, and a management master device. The management master device is installed in a manager room to speak with the visitor or the dweller. The multiple dwelling house interphone system has a reception mode in which a call to any dwelling unit from the collective entrance machine is uniformly transmitted to the management master device. The management master device includes a forwarding button and a forwarding control section. The forwarding button re-forwards a call in the reception mode to an original calling destination. The forwarding control section re-forwards the call to the dwelling room master device of a dwelling unit as the original calling destination when the forwarding button is operated when a speech path is formed with the collective entrance machine in response to the call forwarded in the reception mode.

A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine, a dwelling room master device, and a management master device. The collective entrance machine is for calling a visit destination by a visitor. The dwelling room master device is for responding to the call by a dweller. The management master device is for speaking with the dweller by a manager. The management master device includes a speech permissibility storage section and a speech control section. The card authentication section permits the unlocking by the card medium when the information input to the card information input section matches the information registered in the card information storage section. The permitted card medium enables unlocking the automatic door stored in the unlocking door storage section in association with the information of the card medium.

A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine and dwelling room master devices. When a calling operation section is operated and a dwelling unit number of a calling destination is input, a master device speech control section of the dwelling room master device of the dwelling unit including a plurality of dwelling room master devices performs a calling control of transmitting a call signal to the dwelling room master device of the calling destination having its master device ID, and subsequently forming a speech path when a response operation of the dwelling room master device of the calling destination is performed. An intercom system for collective housing comprises a main entrance station with a camera, a residential entrance substation with a camera and a residential master station for each residence in the housing, a storage unit that stores videos (V) of visitors shot by the camera of the main entrance station by associating the videos with residence IDs of the respective residences to visit, and a control unit. The control unit includes a check unit that checks the videos (V) against a video (V) shot by the camera of a residential entrance substation. If the check by the check unit indicates a match, the control unit compares the residence ID associated with the match stored in the storage unit with that of the residence in which a call button of the residential entrance substation has been operated. The operation of the call button is invalidated if the IDs are different.

The present invention provides a distributed interphone system capable of simplifying registration of settings of individual devices, for example, when new ones are installed. An interphone system includes apartment parent devices having setting files containing control contents for control of the apartment parent devices, registered therein, terminal devices, and building control units. A setting apparatus includes accessing units for accessing at least one registered setting file and at least one unregistered setting file of the devices, a display unit for displaying the control contents of the plurality of accessed device setting files, and a control unit configured to be able to copy the control contents of the registered setting file displayed on the display unit into the unregistered setting file.

The intercommunication system according to the invention is an intercommunication system used in an apartment complex comprising plural residential buildings. Each of the plural residential buildings is equipped with room parent devices installed in respective rooms; a collective entrance device which enables a call manipulation for calling one of the room parent devices; and a building control unit which connects, by an intercom line, the collective entrance device and the room parent devices of the respective rooms of the residential building. The collective entrance device has a storage unit which is stored with terminal information of the collective entrance device. The building control units of the plural respective residential buildings are connected to each other by a network in which a communication is performed according to a general-purpose protocol and can communicate, over the network, with an external apparatus that is connected to an external network.
