An endoscope includes: a plurality of wires each having a distal end connected to a bending portion of an insertion portion and a proximal end extending into an operation portion; one or more tubular members provided on the operation portion and including a first part extending in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the insertion portion, a second part provided on a proximal end side of the first part and extending in a side direction to the longitudinal axis, and a bent part connecting the first part and the second part, any one of the plurality of wires being inserted into the one or more tubular members, the first part and the second part being fixed to the operation portion; and a stopper fixed in the operation portion and arranged to prevent movement of the bent part by abutting on an inside of bending of the bent part.

Endoscope and operation portion

A bending operation mechanism of the endoscope is an operating section to operate a bending section, and a boot section to cover the main body of the operating section in a watertight manner by causing a tiltable operating lever provided at the frame section to pass through the boot section, includes a watertight fixing portion on its periphery. The endoscope includes a first fixing member engaged with the locking section of the frame section and locked unrotatably in the watertight fixing portion of the boot section to press the watertight fixing portion from an outer periphery side such that the watertight fixing portion is made watertight, and a second fixing member screwed with the frame section to fix the first fixing member on the frame section.

Endoscope including bending operation mechanism

An endoscope includes: operation wires insertedly arranged inside an insertion portion and an operation portion, the operation wires causing a bending portion to bend by being pulled/slackened; an operation member provided on the operation portion, the operation member performing a bending operation of the bending portion; a rotation member provided in the operation portion, the rotation member pulling/slackening the operation wires by rotating in conjunction with an operation of the operation member; and an amount-of-operation-force reducing portion giving rotation torque in a direction in which the rotation member inclines to reduce an amount of operation force of the operation member, in response to inclination of the operation member, wherein the rotation torque of the amount-of-operation-force reducing portion changes in conjunction with displacement of the operation member operated, and the amount-of-operation-force reducing portion offsets and reduces the amount of operation force required for the operation member.

Endoscope

A method for producing a protein adsorbent comprising a substrate and a molecular chain fixed on the surface of the substrate is disclosed. The method comprises, in this order: a dry-heat treatment step of heating a pretreatment adsorbent comprising the substrate and the molecular chain fixed on the surface of the substrate, in which the molecular chain contains a weak electrolytic ion-exchange group; and a wet-heat treatment step of heating the pretreatment adsorbent in a moistened state with a liquid or steam to obtain the protein adsorbent.

Protein adsorbent

An endoscope includes: an insertion portion; an operation portion; a bending wire that causes a bending portion to bend by pulling; a bending operation member that gives pulling force to the bending wire by swinging; an operation force reduction portion including a spring that can press the bending operation member; and a semi-fixation mechanism switch operation member that makes a switch to a pressing state, in which the spring presses the bending operation member, and to a non-pressing state.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for eluting an adsorbed protein that suppresses a decrease in protein adsorption ability, in a method for purifying a protein using a protein-adsorbing porous membrane. The present invention provides a method for purifying a protein, comprising an adsorption step and an elution step, wherein in the elution step, at least one eluent is passed in the opposite direction with respect to the direction of the passage of a stock solution containing an adsorption target protein, in the adsorption step.

Method for purifying protein

A camera according to the present invention has an arrangement that a film is discharged to a side toward a subject after a picture has been taken, the instant camera comprising a grip portion formed on a right portion of a camera body when viewed in a normal photography state and from a position of a photographer operating the camera, an optical system disposed on a left portion of the camera body when viewed from the said position of the photographer and including at least a photographing lens, and a film cartridge loading portion which is capable of loading a film cartridge into a position between the grip portion of the camera body and the optical system in such a manner that an exposure surface of the film accommodated in the film cartridge faces the optical system.

Instant camera

A camera according to the present invention has an arrangement that a film is discharged to a side toward a subject after a picture has been taken, the instant camera comprising a grip portion formed on a right portion of a camera body when viewed in a normal photography state and from a position of a photographer operating the camera an optical system disposed on a left portion of the camera body when viewed from the said position of the photographer and including at least a photographing lens, and a film cartridge loading portion which is capable of loading a film cartridge into a position between the grip portion of the camera body and the optical system in such a manner that an exposure surface of the film accommodated in the film cartridge faces the optical system.

A camera using films each having a development processing solution in a solution accommodating bag includes rollers feeding photographed film outside of the camera or into an accommodating chamber, a piezoelectric press member held between an electrode and an elastic member also serving as an electrode presses photographed film and spreads development processing solution in the solution bag over an entire exposing portion. A piezoelectric member vibrated by AC voltages applied to the electrode and elastic member reduces a frictional force of the film caused by the press member. The processing solution is heated by vibrating the press member to generate heat. A camera using films each having a development processing solution accommodated in a solution bag includes a follower roller disposed on the upper side of the film, an ultrasonic motor composed of a vibrator on the lower side of the film, a temperature sensor detecting temperature of the ultrasonic motor, a peripheral temperature measuring circuit for detecting a peripheral temperature and a control circuit controlling drive of the ultrasonic motor based on the results detected by the temperature sensor and the peripheral temperature measuring circuit. The ultrasonic motor also serves as a film feed unit for feeding photographed film outside of the camera or into an accommodating chamber, a press unit for pressing photographed film and spreading development processing solution in the solution bag over an entire exposing portion and a heating unit for heating development processing solution before spreading.

Camera

A data printing apparatus of this invention controls the emission timing or the emission interval of a light-emitting means on the basis of a signal according to traveling of a sheet film along a traveling path so as to print data free from blurring of characters or a variation in interval between characters on the sheet film having no perforations. After an exposure operation is ended, the apparatus feeds the sheet film from an exposure position along a spool wall. Light corresponding to digital numerals representing a date is emitted by light-emitting elements, and the date to be printed by the light-emitting elements is focused on the sheet film by an optical system. The date on the sheet film is printed during traveling of the sheet film along the spool wall. The apparatus also includes a photoreflector, arranged in a traveling chamber of the film, for detecting an emulsion portion on which an object image from a photographing lens is exposed, and the remaining frame portion on the basis of a difference in reflectance, and a timer for measuring a moving time from when the frame portion is detected by the photoreflector until the emulsion portion is detected thereby, and controls the emission timings of the light-emitting elements on the basis of the moving time.

Data printing apparatus

An acceleration of a vibration generated in an optical system of, e.g., a camera is detected by a subtracter from output signals of acceleration sensors. An absolute value circuit calculates an absolute value of an acceleration signal from the subtracter. A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) generates clocks having a frequency corresponding to a magnitude of the absolute value from the absolute value circuit. The clocks from the VCO are input to a clock terminal of an up/down counter. An ultrasonic motor (USM) drives the optical system in a direction to cancel the vibration. The USM is driven and controlled by a USM control circuit so as to be rotated at a speed corresponding to a count value of the counter. A motor speed detector detects a USM motor speed from output signals of a rotary encoder. An integrator integrates the acceleration signal from the subtracter to obtain a vibration speed. A comparator compares the USM motor speed with the vibration speed and outputs a comparison result to an up/down terminal of the counter, thereby switching between count-up and count-down operations of the counter.
