A power conversion device including: a circuit board including a first ground constituting a ground of a first circuit and a second ground formed to be electrically separated from the first ground; a second circuit in which a joining portion is formed; a metal base plate provided between the second circuit and the circuit board and provided with an opening portion corresponding to the joining portion; and a housing that stores the circuit board, the second circuit, and the metal base plate and is electrically connected to the second ground of the circuit board and the metal base plate, in which the joining portion of the second circuit is disposed corresponding to the second ground via the opening portion of the metal base plate.

Power conversion device

Provided is a power conversion device that achieves both downsizing and improvement in cooling efficiency to have improved reliability. The power conversion device includes a power conversion circuit unit which converts DC power into AC power, a flow path including body for letting a refrigerant for cooling the power conversion circuit unit flow, a filter circuit unit which suppresses electric noise from a wire for transmitting the DC power, and a filter case portion which houses the filter circuit unit, where the filter case portion is formed integrally with the flow path including body, and a gap between the filter case portion and the filter circuit unit is filled with a first resin.

Provided is a power converter capable of being miniaturized while securing noise resistance and insulation between a power semiconductor module and a drive circuit board. The power converter according to the present invention includes a power semiconductor module that converts DC power into AC power, a driving signal circuit board that outputs a driving signal for driving the power semiconductor module, and a resin support member that supports the driving signal circuit board, in which the power semiconductor module has a signal terminal that transmits the driving signal and a main terminal that transmits an input of the DC power and an output of the AC power, the support member is disposed between the driving signal circuit board and the power semiconductor module, the signal terminal and the main terminal are provided on a side of the power semiconductor module that faces the support member, and a metal shielding plate is embedded in a region between the driving signal circuit board in the support member and the main terminal.

An object of the present invention is to achieve reduction in height of an electric power conversion device while maintaining high performance of the electric power conversion device. An electric power conversion device according to the present invention includes: a first power semiconductor module, a second power semiconductor module, a third power semiconductor module, and an AC circuit body that transmits and detects U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase AC currents, and when a direction along an arrangement direction of the first power semiconductor module and the second power semiconductor module is defined as a first column, the third power semiconductor module and the AC circuit body are disposed along a second column being in a direction parallel to the first column, and the AC circuit body is disposed in a space that is in a direction orthogonal to the first column and faces the second power semiconductor module, and is in a direction parallel to the second column and faces the third power semiconductor module.

There is provided a power inverter that fixes a connector in which a DC-side connector and an AC-side connector are mechanically combined to a casing in which a power semiconductor module converting a DC current into an AC current is housed, a positive-side DC terminal and a negative-side DC terminal are arranged to be aligned along one side, which is formed in the widthwise direction, of one side face of the casing, and a U-phase side terminal, a V-phase side terminal, and a W-phase side terminal are arranged to be aligned along one side, which is formed in the longitudinal direction, of one side face of the casing.
