A clip cartridge includes a clip unit having a pressing tube, an arm member and a connection portion. The connection portion can transition between a protrusion configuration and an accommodation configuration. The clip cartridge also includes a housing that can accommodate the clip unit. The housing has a stopper that restricts movement of the connection portion and a release mechanism or a groove that permits movement of the connection portion. The stopper is able to restrict movement of the clip unit by contacting the arm member or the pressing tube.

Surgical snare

A clip device includes a restraining tube having an insertion passage with a first arm part and a second arm part facing each other and disposed within the insertion passage and configured to protrude from the restraining tube. The clip device further includes an operation wire configured to move the first arm part. A first stopper is engaged to the first arm part and a second stopper is engaged to the second arm part. The first stopper is disposed in a region closer to a distal end of the restraining tube than the second stopper. The first stopper is configured to, in response to the operation wire moving from the distal end of the restraining tube to a proximal end of the restraining tube, move relative to the second stopper, contact the second stopper, and move in contact with the second stopper.

Clip device

An endoscopic treatment tool comprises an elongated sheath and an elongated portion configured to be inserted in the elongated sheath and capable of being movable back and forth in directions. A loop portion is disposed on a distal end of the elongated portion and is constructed of a wire folded to form into a loop. The loop portion includes a first bent portion, a pair of second bent portions, a pair of third bent portions, and a fourth bent portion all of which are integrally formed from a distal end toward a proximal end of the loop portion. A first length that represents a length from the first bent portion to the fourth bent portion in the directions along the longitudinal axis ranges from one and half times to two times a first width that represents a maximum dimension of the loop portion in directions perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

Endoscopic treatment tool

An endoscopic surgical device that includes: a sheath; a manipulator; a manipulation wire; a clip body having a pair of arms, connected to a distal end of the manipulation wire, and configured to be capable of advancing and retracting in accordance with manipulation of the manipulator along with a longitudinal axis of the manipulation wire; a holding tube into which a proximal portion of the clip body is inserted to be capable of advancing and retracting; and a biasing member configured to hold a position of the manipulation wire at an initial position. The clip body is nonrotatable around the longitudinal axis at the initial position. When the manipulation wire is advanced a prescribed amount against a biasing force of the biasing member, the clip body is rotatable around the longitudinal axis, and is allowed adjustment of an opening-closing direction of the pair of arms.

Endoscopic surgical device

A connection structure includes: a first wire; a second wire having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the first wire; a connection member configured to connect the first wire and the second wire, wherein a distal end portion of the first wire is inserted from an opening portion at one end of the connection member to be crimped, and a proximal end portion of the second wire is inserted from an opening portion at another end of the connection member to be crimped, the opening portion at the other end having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the opening portion at the one end.

Connection structure and connection method

A clip device of the present invention includes: a restraining tube having an insertion passage; first and second arm parts that are inserted into the insertion passage to protrude from a distal end of the restraining tube; an operation wire that is connected to the first arm part and retreats the first arm part with respect to the restraining tube; and a movement adjustment mechanism that retreats the second arm part along with the retreat of the first arm part when the operation wire is operated for retreat by a predetermined amount.

A treatment instrument is that a maximum dimension of the loop portion in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis in a state where half of a total length of the loop portion in a direction of the longitudinal axis of the loop portion is pulled into the sheath is 40% to 60% of a maximum dimension of the loop portion in the orthogonal direction in a state where the whole loop portion protrudes from a distal end of the sheath.

Treatment instrument

An endoscope procedure instrument provided with: a tube part that is cylindrical in shape and attaches to the front end of the endoscope, the tube part having a slit provided to the side surface thereof extending along the direction of the central axis; and a grasping member that is disposed to the tube part extending along the slit, for holding a biologic tissue with respect to the endoscope.

Lifting cap

A high-frequency treatment instrument having a sheath; an elongated extension member; a narrow portion provided on an inner surface of the sheath; and a pressing member which allows the elongated extension member to advance and retract only in a part of the sheath. The elongated extension member is advanced to form a first treatment electrode extending along a central axial line of the sheath and the elongated extension member is further advanced to form a second treatment electrode which intersects with the central axial line of the sheath.

High-frequency treatment instrument

An endoscopic-use treatment instrument includes: a wire; an Y-shaped knife formed by a flexible material and is disposed at the distal end of the wire and used for treatment conducted in a body cavity; a flexible sheath having the wire passing therethrough; an operation section provided to the proximal end of the wire and capable of rotating the wire around an axial line; a cylindrical bearing fixed to the distal end of the sheath; a rotative member inserted into the bearing and capable of freely rotating relative to the bearing; and a regulator section provided to the rotative member and regulating the rotation of the treatment member relative to the rotative member around the axial line. The rotation of the Y-shape knife relative to the rotative member around the axial line is regulated when the Y-shape knife makes contact with the regulator section.

Endoscopic-use treatment instrument

An operation section structure of a treatment instrument for endoscopic use has: a hook knife inserted into a body cavity; a wire having a distal end connected to the hook knife; a tubular flexible sheath provided to an outer periphery of the wire; a current-carrying plug having a main unit having a distal end connected to the sheath; a sliding member made of a conductive material and having a proximal end of the wire fixed thereto, the sliding member being capable of sliding on the main unit in longitudinal direction; a operation member capable of freely rotating in circumferential direction of the operation member; and attached to the sliding member; and a conductive section provided to the operation member, the conductive section being made of a conductive material providing conductivity by making contact with the sliding member. This configuration can rotate the distal end structure easily.
