Disclosed is an electromagnetic valve in which a force due to a working fluid from an inflow hole acting perpendicularly with respect to the axis of a shut-off valve is reduced to thereby reduce the sliding resistance of the shut-off valve. An electromagnetic valve according to the present invention includes: a housing () having an inflow hole (), an inner flow path (), and a discharge hole (); a valve seat () secured in position inside the housing (); a shut-off valve () adapted to abut one surface of the valve seat () to shut off the working fluid flowing into the inner flow path () through the inflow hole (); and a pressure regulating valve () provided coaxially with the shut-off valve () and adapted to control, through adjustment of the dimensions of a gap between itself and the other surface of the valve seat (), the amount of working fluid flowing to the exterior of the housing () through the discharge hole (). In the electromagnetic valve, the housing () is equipped with a whirling member for causing the working fluid having flowed into the inner flow path () through the inflow hole () to whirl in one direction.

Electromagnetic valve

An electromagnetic valve with improved performance includes a solenoid coil, and a rod arranged on an axis of the solenoid coilfor movement in an axial direction thereof. A plungeris fixedly attached to an intermediate portion of the rod. A coreis arranged at one side of the rod so as to surround it and operated to attract the plunger upon energization of the solenoid coil. A yokeis arranged at the other side of the plunger so as to surround it. A pair of bearingsformed of a non-magnetic substance are arranged at opposite sides of the plunger, respectively, for movably supporting the rod at an outer peripheral surface thereof by clearance fit. The pair of bearings are clearance fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the core or to an inner peripheral surface of the yoke.

High pressure fuel supply apparatus

Provided is an electromagnetic valve improved in terms of the sealing property of a shut-off valve with respect to a valve seat. An electromagnetic valve according to the present invention includes: a housing () having an inflow hole () and a discharge hole (); a valve seat () secured in position inside the housing (); a shut-off valve () adapted to come into contact with one surface of the valve seat () to shut off a working fluid flowing into the housing () through the inflow hole (); a pressure regulating valve () provided coaxially with the axis of the shut-off valve () and adapted to control the amount of working fluid flowing to the exterior of the housing () through the discharge hole () by adjusting the dimension of a gap between itself and the other surface of the valve seat (); a sleeve () fixed to the housing () and adapted to guide the shut-off valve () in the direction of the axis; and a guide portion () adapted to guide the pressure regulating valve () in the direction of the axis, in which the valve seat () is integrated with the sleeve () and fixed to the guide portion ().

A bleed-type proportional electromagnetic valve having an input port, output port, and ejection port is disclosed. Fluid force and pressing force, proportionate to an output pressure and a current flowing in a solenoid coil respectively, act on a bleed valve for controlling the output pressure, whereby the valve can obtain an output pressure commensurate to the flowing current by displacing the valve to a position that those forces counterbalance, wherein the valve is provided with a stop valve disposed so as to be in sliding contact with a passage between the input and output port, and in contact with or separated from a valve seat. This enable the stop valve to contact with the valve seat so as to close the input port and communicate the output port with the ejection port when controlling the output pressure to be minimum.

Three-way bleed type proportional electromagnetic valve

In a proportional solenoid valve, a solenoid main body includes a coil, a valve seat member having a seat portion, a valve element that is displaced in accordance with a current applied to the coil so as to be brought into and out of contact with the seat portion, and a valve guide portion that is arranged coaxially with the seat portion and guides the displacement of the valve element. The housing is attached to the solenoid main body so that a space is formed between the housing and the valve seat member. A seal member made of an elastic material is provided in the space between the housing and the valve seat member.

Proportional solenoid valve

In a proportional solenoid valve, a valve drive portion that includes a coil, a core that is excited by application of a current to the coil, a plunger that is displaced by a magnetic attraction force generated by the excited core, and a spring that biases the plunger in a direction in which a distance to the core is increased. The spring is set so that a space is maintained between the plunger and an attraction surface of the core when the spring is fully compressed.

A high pressure fuel supply apparatus has a plunger reciprocating and sliding in a sleeve of a high pressure fuel pump to form a fuel pressurizing chamber between the plunger and the sleeve to discharge pressurized fuel; a bolt forming a part of a housing of the high pressure fuel pump ; and an oil seal fixed to an inner wall surface of the bolt by press fitting to slide on an outer circumferential wall of the plunger in accordance with reciprocating motion of the plunger to seal the fuel and lubricating oil; wherein the bolt is formed so that a press-in load in a second half of a press-in stroke of the seal is higher than that in a first half thereof in an abutment portion of the bolt against the seal

There is provided a high pressure fuel supply apparatus including a plunger reciprocating in a sleeve of a high pressure fuel pump so as to form a fuel pressurizing chamber between the plunger and the sleeve, a first plate having a fuel suction port for sucking fuel into the fuel pressurizing chamber and a fuel discharge port for discharging the fuel from the fuel pressurizing chamber, and a suction valve provided in the fuel suction port, the first plate, the suction valve and a flange portion of the sleeve being held between a casing and an end surface of a spring guide constituting the high pressure fuel pump.

A high pressure fuel supply apparatus is constituted by a plunger reciprocating in a sleeve of a high pressure fuel pump so as to form a fuel pressurizing chamber between the plunger and the sleeve, a suction valve provided in a fuel suction port for sucking fuel into the fuel pressurizing chamber, and a discharge valve provided in a fuel discharge port for discharging fuel from the fuel pressurizing chamber into a high pressure fuel discharge passageway communicating with an internal combustion engine, the discharge valve reciprocating axially so as to perform an open/close operation, wherein the high pressure fuel supply apparatus further comprises a holder for regulating an axial reciprocating movement of the discharge valve in the open/close operation within a predetermined range.
