A flow channel structure forms a first flow channel which makes a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber communicate with each other therethrough. The flow channel structure includes first to third plates. The first plate includes a first through hole penetrating the first plate in a thickness direction to open to the first fluid chamber. The second plate includes a second through hole penetrating the second plate in the thickness direction to open to the second fluid chamber. The third plate includes a first connecting through hole penetrating the third plate in the thickness direction. The first connecting through hole is larger in flow channel area than each of the first and second through holes. The first and second through holes are disposed in different positions from each other as seen in the thickness direction. The first connecting through hole communicates with the first and second through holes.

Flow channel structure and lock-up device

A torque limiter device for limiting a torque transmitted between a power source-side member and an output-side member is disclosed. The torque limiter device includes a cover, a friction disc and an urging member. The cover includes a coupling portion, a tubular portion and a support portion. The coupling portion is coupled to the power source-side member. The tubular portion axially extends from the coupling portion. The support portion extends from the tubular portion to an inner peripheral side. The friction disc is accommodated in an inner peripheral space of the tubular portion of the cover, and is pressed toward the power source-side member. The urging member is supported by the support portion of the cover, and urges the friction disc toward the power source-side member.

Torque limiter device

A rotary device is disclosed. The rotary device includes a first rotor, a centrifugal element, and a tilt preventing mechanism. The first rotor is disposed to be rotatable. The centrifugal element is supported to be axially movable with respect to the first rotor. The tilt preventing mechanism prevents the centrifugal element from tilting.

Rotary device and power transmission device

A torque fluctuation inhibiting device is disclosed. The torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes an input member, an elastic member, a mass body and a centrifugal element. The input member includes a pair of input plates disposed in axial alignment. The input member is disposed to be rotatable. The elastic member is held by the pair of input plates. The mass body is disposed to be rotated with the input member and be rotatable relative to the input member. The centrifugal element is disposed to be radially movable by a centrifugal force acting thereon in rotation of the input member. The centrifugal element is disposed between the pair of input plates.

Torque fluctuation inhibiting device and torque converter

A damper device for transmitting power to an output-side member is disclosed. The damper device includes an input-side rotor, an output-side rotor, a plurality of elastic members, an intermediate rotor, and a first hysteresis generating mechanism. The input-side rotor, to which the power is inputted, is disposed to be rotatable. The output-side rotor is rotatable relative to the input-side rotor. The plurality of elastic members are configured to elastically couple the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor in a circumferential direction. The intermediate rotor is configured to actuate at least two of the plurality of elastic members in series. The intermediate rotor is rotatable relative to the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor. The first hysteresis generating mechanism is configured to apply a hysteresis torque to the intermediate rotor in elastic deformation of the plurality of elastic members.

Damper device

A damper device includes an input-side rotor, an output-side rotor, a plurality of elastic members, an intermediate rotor and a hysteresis generating mechanism. The input-side rotor and the output-side rotor are rotatable relative to each other. The plurality of elastic members elastically couple the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor in a circumferential direction. The intermediate rotor is rotatable relative to the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor, and actuates at least two of the plurality of elastic members in series. The hysteresis generating mechanism includes a friction member slidable in contact with the input-side rotor, the output-side rotor and the intermediate rotor, and generates a hysteresis torque in elastic deformation of the plurality of elastic members.

A damper device for transmitting power to an output-side member is disclosed. The damper device includes input-side and output-side rotors, a plurality of elastic members, and a hysteresis generating mechanism. The input-side rotor, to which power is inputted, is rotatable. The output-side rotor is rotatable relative to the input-side rotor. The output-side rotor includes a hub and a plurality of flanges. The hub is coupled to the output-side member. The plurality of flanges extend radially outward from the hub. The plurality of flanges are disposed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction. The plurality of elastic members are disposed circumferentially between the plurality of flanges, and elastically couple the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor in the circumferential direction. The hysteresis generating mechanism is disposed axially between the input-side rotor and the plurality of flanges, and configured to generate a hysteresis torque between the input-side rotor and the output-side rotor.

A torque fluctuation inhibiting device is disclosed. The torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes an elastic member, an input member, a mass body and a centrifugal element. The input member is a member to which a torque is inputted through the elastic member. The input member is disposed to be rotatable. The mass body is disposed to be rotated with the input member and be rotatable relative to the input member. The centrifugal element is disposed radially outside the elastic member. The centrifugal element is disposed to be radially movable by a centrifugal force acting thereon in rotation of the input member.

A damper device includes a first rotor disposed to be rotatable, a second rotor rotatable relative to the first rotor, and a plurality of elastic members configured to elastically couple the first rotor and the second rotor in a circumferential direction. The first rotor includes a first plate and a second plate. The first and second plates are axially opposed to each other, and fixed to be immovable in both axial and circumferential directions. The first plate includes a plurality of first holding portions and a plurality of bent portions. The plurality of first holding portions hold the plurality of elastic members. The plurality of bent portions are provided on an outer peripheral end of the first plate, and bent toward the second plate. The second plate includes a plurality of second holding portions holding the plurality of elastic members together with the plurality of first holding portions.

A damper device includes a damper device body, an output shaft and a dynamic vibration absorber. The damper device body includes an input member and an output member. The input member and the output member are coupled to be rotatable relative to each other. The output shaft outputs a torque transmitted to it from the damper device body. The dynamic vibration absorber is attached to the output shaft.

A rotary device includes two rotatable rotors and two stopper mechanisms. The first and second stopper mechanisms restrict relative rotation between the rotors. The first stopper mechanism includes a first protruding member and a first contact surface. The first protruding member includes an elastic outer peripheral part. The first contact surface is disposed at an interval from the first protruding member. The first protruding member contacts the first contact surface when a torsion angle between the rotors reaches a first angle. The second stopper mechanism includes a second protruding member and a second contact surface. The second protruding member includes an outer peripheral part having higher stifffiess than that of the first protruding member. The second contact surface is disposed at an interval from the second protruding member. The second protruding member contacts the second contact surface when the torsion angle reaches a second angle greater than the first angle.

Rotary device

A torque fluctuation inhibiting device is disclosed. The torque fluctuation inhibiting device includes an input member, a pair of inertia rings and an inertia block. The input member, to which a torque is inputted, is disposed to be rotatable. The pair of inertia rings is disposed axially on the both sides of the input member. The pair of inertia rings is disposed to be rotatable relative to the input member. The pair of inertia rings is unitarily rotated with each other. The inertia block is disposed between the pair of inertia rings. The inertia block is attached to the pair of inertia rings.

A torque fluctuation inhibiting device for inhibiting torque fluctuations in a rotor to which a torque is inputted is disclosed. The torque fluctuation inhibiting device comprises a mass body, a plurality of drag mechanisms, and a restriction mechanism. The mass body is disposed to be rotatable with the rotor and to be rotatable relative to the rotor. Each of the plurality of drag mechanisms is for generating a circumferential force when a relative displacement is produced between the rotor and the mass body in a rotational direction. The circumferential force is directed to reduce the relative displacement. The restriction mechanism is for restricting actuation of one or more of the plurality of drag mechanisms.

Torque fluctuation inhibiting device, torque converter and power transmission device

A torque fluctuation inhibiting device configured to inhibit torque fluctuations is disclosed. The torque fluctuation inhibiting device comprises a first rotor, a second rotor disposed to be rotatable relative to the first rotor, a centrifugal element, and a cam mechanism. The centrifugal element is configured to receive a centrifugal force generated by rotation of the first rotor. The centrifugal element is disposed to be movable with respect to the first rotor. The centrifugal element includes an engaging portion configured to be engage with the first rotor. The centrifugal element is formed by a plurality of components. The cam mechanism is configured to generate a circumferential force in movement of the centrifugal element and the circumferential force reduces relative displacement between the first rotor and the second rotor.

A rotary device includes a first rotor, a centrifugal element, a first urging member, and a second urging member. The first rotor includes a guide surface and is disposed to be rotatable. The centrifugal element is attached to the first rotor. The centrifugal element is radially movable along the guide surface by a centrifugal force acting thereon in rotation of the first rotor. The first urging member is configured to urge the centrifugal element. The second urging member is configured to urge the centrifugal element in a direction opposite to a direction of urging by the first urging member. The first and second urging members are further configured to rotate the centrifugal element toward the guide surface.
