The information processing apparatus that includes a processor configured to determine, in a case where a recipient is not present at a delivery destination of the package, reception of the package by a substitute person present at a residence different from that of the recipient. The vehicle captures the substitute person receiving the package, with the image capturing device. A display control device includes an operation information acquisition unit and a cursor coordinate controller. An input device for a vehicle includes a determiner to calculate a correspondence position corresponding to the position of an input operation in a display unit, and to determine a content of the input operation; and a controller to control displaying an object depending on a determination result of the determiner, and to overlappingly display a selection image to select an object at the correspondence position. When the selection image is overlappingly displayed with an object whose selection items are consecutively replaced and displayed by the input operation, if the position is moved without a preceding press or long press operation, the selection item to be displayed is changed by a predetermined count in the moved direction of the position; or if the position is moved after a preceding press or long press operation, the selection item is consecutively changed proportionally to the moved amount of the position.

Input device for vehicle and method of controlling input device for vehicle

A MEMS device, including: a substrate having a first principal plane and a second principal plane opposite to the first principal plane; a through hole formed in the substrate; and a vibrating film formed over the first principal plane so as to cover the through hole. The first principal plane and the second principal plane are both a (110) crystal face; and the through hole has a substantially rhombic shape on the second principal plane.

MEMS device and method for manufacturing the same

A diaphragm structure for a MEMS device includes a through-hole formed so as to penetrate from an upper surface to a bottom surface of a substrate; and a vibrating electrode film formed on the upper surface of the substrate so as to cover the through-hole. A piezoelectric actuator having a well-balanced mechanical structure is obtained by means of stacking a plurality of cross units, in each of which a pair of bimorph piezoelectric elements (andand) are crossed in the form of the letter X, into two layers (an even number of layers), and fixing the thus-stacked cross units. An imaging elementis stably supported by means of two movable ends (C-C-) provided at the extremity of the piezoelectric actuator.
